Chapter Seventeen : See Me

(Yukio's pov)

It had been three days since Yuki had gone missing.

Everyone was tearing their hair out over it too, and so was I.

Yuki is special to everyone.

She's nice and fun and makes everyone around her happy.

With her gone, it's like all the sunshine has left.

Rin and konekomaru were running to me.

"We couldn't find her in the shlina forest either!" konekomaru said.

"We have to keep searching!" rin said.

He looks awful. His eyes are a little sunken in from no sleep and he can't stop slouching and his hair is everywhere. He also smells.

"Rin, take a break, for just five minutes please!" I said.

"No I can't!"

"You have to rest or you'll never be able to find her!"

"It's my fault." he muttered to no one. "All my fault."

"Rin, snap out of it! "

He came back to reality and sat down on the ground.

I put my hand on his shoulder and he looked up at me.

"We're gonna find her, I promise."

"We have to." rin said.

And then the rain came.

Midamar walked into the cell.

"Hello darling."

He kicked me.

"You never learn, do you? You're beginning to test my patience."

He punched me several times in the face.

I spit out blood.

"Now, if you excuse me, I have to go give the Master's sons some clues to where their princess is. "

He walked out laughing.

Then for the first time since arriving here I heard him.

"Hello Yuki."

I suppressed tears. Satan.

"Why are you doing this? You know exactly what's going to happen. Please, stop! If not for me, then for Yuri!"

"I am doing this for Yuri! She wanted a world where humans and demons could live together! I am doing that!"

"You're destroying everything! You will create nothing!"

The cell around me dissolved and I was back in the world of nothingness.

"I told you, I am right." he said.

Then the nothingness turned into a crashing ocean. A storm.

I was in the ocean.

I have to get out! I can't stay in the storm! Storms are bad! I'm afraid of storms!

I started to cry.

I remembered my first storm with my blue wolf....

"Yuki, it's alright. It's just a small storm. It won't hurt you."

I looked out of the cave at the rain falling. There's so much. It's like an ocean. I'm five years old.

I don't like storms.

I ran to the far end of the cave and began crying.

I put my hands over my ears.

He appeared in the sky and looked at me.

I looked him in the eyes.

The storm faded away and I was on the shore.

I thurst all of my memories at him.

I gave him the memory.

I showed him the memory of him leaning over my shoulder, reading the book to me.

I showed him telling me how I should destroy him.

I thurst more memories at him.

"Take them all! Please, take them all! This is proof you can change!"

He tried to move but it seemed as if something made him stay.

Then I hugged him.

I came back to my cell.

But I was on the floor. My chains were broken.
