I said while, sitting down beside him

"Do you have any manga's?"

His face drop the smile and was appeared with a frown on his face and said while placing the one that he was reading down beside him

"No, I don't have any. I really want to but, I just can't!!"

I looked at him and said with a little frown on my face "You shouldn't be embarrass of what you like Jeremy! Don't let people put you down about it!"

He shook his head and said

"I can't help it Gwen!! I would like to keep my image!"

I sighed and said while looking at him with a small smile

"How would you like me to buy the books you like and gave them to you in private so people don't know about. It's just you and me! You get to keep your image and read with you love the most!"

He grasped and said "That is a brilliant idea, Gwen! But, what do you get in returned?"

I was about to say something but, he snapped his finger and said with a grin

"I'll be you secret body guard around any girls that's messing with you! That's sounds fair does it?"

I was about to argue with him about that idea but, he given me the puppy pout. It was the one you can't say no too. I sighed and said

"Fine, but both parts are secret. No image destroying or no telling no one!! It's just us!"

He nodded his head and smiled like a little kid in a candy store! I got up and said

"Pick out the books you want and soon you have to pay me back it's not all free okay! What ever books you want come to me and I'll buy them!"

He nodded his head and said "Yes, Boss Gwen!"

I shook my head and walked around the bookstore looking for anything interesting! Just to see Dexter he smiled at me and waved...What got me is that he was talking to my boss! I waved at him and went into the back and to see Jeremy getting up with a smile. I said while, walking to him

"Jeremy, Dexter is here!"

Jeremy face was crashing down. He was really freaked out. I grabbed his hand dragged him into the back room. It's against the rules for a person to come in the back but, sometimes you have to break the rules! I pushed him in and said in a hurry

"I'll keep him business and you look for a way out or when, the time is right to leave and leave the books back here okay!"

Before, he can say another I shut the door and started walking back to them! I smiled at Dexter and said

"Can I help you sir?

He gave me his charming smile and said

"Why yes you can!! I'm looking for a book about how to quit a job!"

I looked at him a bit angry and said with a smirk

"The best one we have to quit a job for Dummies!"

He looked taken back by that and was about to say something but, Jeremy came the picture and said to Dexter

"Hey, man! Whatcha doing in here?"

Dexter turned to Jeremy and said

" I was asking Gwen here about what does Mrs. Chambers want us to do for homework is all? Why are you here?"

I was nervous my palms are sweaty and I was a bit jumpy. But, Jeremy just smiled at Dexter and said

"I just seen you walk in here. I was waiting for you a bit and decide to come in!!"

Dexter nodded his head and Jeremy said with a cheese smile

"Do you want to go to the arcade like go times!?!"

Dexter sighed and said with a smile

"Sure, and I'll cream your butt in shooting Zombie's War!!"

Jeremy laughed and said while walking away from him "I'll race you there! Loser pays for the game!"

With, that Jeremy took off running and Dexter looked at Jeremy and said quickly "I'll still be here just think about it, Okay! Gwen!"

Then, with that he took off running too. I sighed happily and got back to work before my boss gets mad again. But, first I went to the back and grabbed Jeremy's books and check them out under me and a store discount. It don't cost to much and the books were Death-note, Slam Dunk and Eye shield 21!! I just chuckled while, putting them in the bag. And my boss came up to me with a look on his face, that I don't know!!

Now, I'm REALLY nervous now!!! What does he want to say to me?
