JOE'S POV:
"Where are you taking me?" Abigail asked. I just turned and smiled at her then grabbed her hand and looked out of the window again with a grin still on my face.
"Close your eyes," I say after a few minutes "we are nearly there, I want it to be a surprise." So she does as I say and the driver pulls over by the side of a big dark gate that opened up to a long road. We got out of the car and I guided Abigail down the road, until I stopped in front of a long black fence that acted like a balcony. Which was the watch tower over a beautiful public garden, it looked like a maze from the balcony.
"You can open your eyes now!" I say and I stand and watch her reaction.
"Wow this is amazing!" She says, jaw nearly touching the ground. "But why are we here?" She turns to face me. We look into each other's eyes for a few moments. Then I get down on one knee...
