Naruto is the eldest sibling by one minute.
While his brother and sister come after him.
Do to the seal breaking while Kushina was giving birth the Kyuubi's chakra damaged Naruto's chakra coils.
The Kyuubi is split in two and the two halves are sealed into Menma and Naru while the soul is sealed into Naruto.
However the Kyuubi remains dormant/asleep inside Naruto and can only wake up when it feels a massive surge of chakra the amount being just like the Kyuubi or even greater.
In this story Minato used a different/ equally powerful seal and not the shiki Fuijin (reaper death seal).
Besides Naruto's parents being alive, Jiraiya and Tsunade returning to the village, the uchiha clan living a few changes might be made here and there.
There might be a few references or glimpses of other anime characters throughout the story.
