A week or so has passed. The last little mission we had, Keith and Allura roamed off thinking Zarkon was tracking them leaving the team in time of crisis.

We all once again were in the main cortex. I stood in the back.

"Coran, how soon will we get to the Blade of Marmora's bass?" Shiro asked.

"Based on the coordinates that Ulaz gave us, we should be there in a few doboshes." Coran replies.

"I can't wait to see it!" Pidge exclaimed. "I mean they were able to fold space-time, and that was just at an outpost!"

"Mmm, the space taco, left us too soon." Hunk ribbed his belly

"Well, sure, but my point is, imagine how amazing their home base will be!" Pidge pointed out.

"Exactly, it could take any shape! Like a space jelly donut or long, like a space éclair or a space cheese blintz with a cherry sauce on top. Maybe a little dusting of powdered sugar. That's the stars." Hunk added.

"It is pretty much the same thing as the outpost." I chuckled.

"Awww! Now I'm hungry for breakfast!" Lance whined.

"Guys this is a serious mission. We need to focus!" Keith grunted.

"We need to focus." Lance and I mocked simultaneously. We just laughed at each other.

"The base is in range." Said Coran.

"Take us in slowly." Shiro demanded.

"That might bribe the tiniest bit of a challenge...." Coran states.

"Oh, yeah, I think Ulaz and I forgot to mention that this is very much more difficult to get in." I brought up.

"Is that a black hole?" Hunk gasped.

"No! No! No" he repeated several times. "It's two black holes and a giant blue star."

"That's not better."

"No kidding! Just inside a black hole, the temperature is one millionth of a degree above absolute zero." Pidge gasped. "But just outside of that, it's hundreds of millions of degrees celsius."

Hunk began to make more space food references. I could tell he was hungry.

"Now I'm hungry for lunch!" Lance announced.

"Guys, quiet! Coran, where's the base located." Keith asked.

"In between those 3 deadly celestial objects." Coran suggested.

"The perfect defensive position." Pidge stayed. She caught on quickly.

"Or it's a trap." Allura whined.

"Yeah, I'm with Allura. Maybe we shouldn't like go in there at all." Hunk stammered.

"What are you talking about! We have to go in!" Keith yelled. "This is the whole reason we came out here! There is no other option!"

"Calm down, mullet. Pidge was right. Like Ulaz said, the Galra would kill to have their hands on this tech. They need to protect their headquarters too." I explained.

"Cool your roll, Keith." Lance acted all cool.

Then, the screen blasted something.
