I was in my room and it was currently 1 am

I couldn't get scarlet off my mind

I've hardly known this girl for that long and I'm always falling for her

My relationships in the past were rough . Once my gf found out about me being bullied and all that sheleft me and cheated because she didn't want to be embarrassed having me as her bf , it hurt a lot

apparently I wasn't good enough

I don't wanna catch feelings for scarlet because I know I'll never stop

She was there for me when I pushed her away

I was rude to her and had no emotion in my voice

I don't mean to be rude

It's the voices in my head

They love controlling my voice and my body

It takes over me

The song I sang to scarlet before was about her
And I need to continue to write the song

I wrote my ideas down as I continued thinking about them

Song lyrics came quickly to my head especially when I had my inspiration around me

I sang and wrote songs ever since I was 3 , of course the songs didn't make sense but I had an idea of how to make one

Singing was my escape , my peace

It's what kept me going through all the hard times
