Chapter 91

Maggie's POV
I get up to open the door and there I see jack.

I'm not even going to try and fix things again, I'm over it.

I start closing the door on him.

"Wait Maggie" he says and holds the door open preventing me from closing it.

"What jack?"

"Daniel told me that there was a misunderstanding" he says

"It doesn't matter, you still cheated on me even if it was a misunderstanding. There's no excuse for you to had gone and cheated on me. If you really did care about me you would've communicated with me and we could've resolved the problem but no you cheated on me." I say

"Maggie I-I was hurt I didn't kno-" he starts but then he sees Luke on the couch

"w-what's Luke doing here?" He asks me

"We we're watching a movie until you interrupted" I say

"Maggie can we at least try to talk this out?"

"No jack we can't, you cheated on me that's it. There's literally NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT" I say

"Is this because of Luke?" He asks obviously mad, I should be mad at the fact he cheated why's he getting mad.

"Jack shut the fuck up honestly, Luke has nothing to do with this" I say pissed off at the fact that he's trying to include Luke into this instead of taking responsibility for his actions

"Just go" I tell him

"MAGGIE YOUR LITERALLY NOT EVEN LETTING ME EXPLAIN MYSELF" he yells

"No you don't get to yell at me, I should be mad not you" I reply mad about the fact that he's playing the victim.

"Jack I seriously think you should go" Luke says walking up behind me

"Why so you can sleep with her and who knows propose again" jack says.

I've had enough of this, he knows that it's a sensitive topic for me and he crossed a line.

I walk up towards jack and slap him.

"Don't ever fucken talk to me" I say and shut the door on him.

"Luke I'm sorry I didn't know he was gunna say that" I say

"It's okay Maggie he deserved that slap" he says chuckling.

Not gunna lie it felt good to slap him, to release the anger that's been building up in me ever since the first time he cheated on me.

"I-I think I might just call it a night, I'm sorry" I tell Luke.

"Don't even worry about it" he says and gives me a hug.

He grabs his jacket and heads out leaving me alone in the apartment.

I check my phone and see a notification from Dylan.

Dylan: wanna grab breakfast tomorrow?

Me: yeah what time?

Dylan: 9?

Me: alright see you tmr :)

Dylan: can't wait!

I shut off my phone and put in my pajamas.

It walk into my room and see a photo of me and jack that I framed a while ago.

I walk up to it and slam it down so it's facing down.
