"Put my high heels on"

I drove away from the party, bahala na si batman kung saan ako dalhin ng instinct ko. The only thing that matters to me right now is to let all this bullshits out of my body and continue my life again.

Kailangan kong maging matatag sa harap niya. Kailangan kong ipakita sa kanya na wala siyang panama sa akin, na hindi na siya nakaka-apekto sa akin. But I know that I will never achieve these goals, it's easier when you think but harder when you're about to do it.

Napadpad ako sa isang park, medyo malapit siya sa Barden University. Damn I miss that school, ang tagal ko na ring hindi napapadpad roon. I wonder ano na ang mga ganap since we graduated. 

I analyzed the whole place and it was too quite, may ilang mga tao ang dumadaan and may mga stores namang bukas sa paligid. 

Naupo ako sa isang bench and the moon is full, it's too bright and enchanting. The cold wind touches my skin and it made me shiver. "Ba't ba ako pumunta dito?" Yinakap ko ang sarili ko, iaw ba naman 'di ginawin tapos naka- dress ka pang off shoulder diba? 

 Kung hindi na lang sana nangyari yung araw na 'yon, siguro nasa isang hotel na ako ngayon at naghahanda para sa kasal namin kinabukasan. But destiny tricked us, for the second time. We were happy back then and we had plans. 

But cut these bullshits.

Hindi ko 'to pwedeng palampasin. I will make revenge, not for him but for myself. Maghihiganti ako sa sarili ko, I'm such a freaking mess. I need to fix something, even though he's the one who broke me into pieces and I'm the one who'll come and pick it all up. How ironic.

"Let's see what you got Sheliah."

Abala ang lahat sa pag-aayos ng setup ng shooting place namin ngayon. Tapos na akong ayusan and naaral ko na rin yung script, I took acting lessons this week and I must say that I improved. Ngayon na ang unang araw ng shooting so I'm excited to test my abilities and to meet my co- stars personally!

Bigla akong tinawag ng director, we're rolling the scene! Oh my goodness, mas nakaka-tense pala kapag nasa mismong place ka na. 

After retaking the scene for about 3 times, sa wakas nakuha na din. This is a lifetime achievement. I'm proud of myself.

"Congrats Liah, you did great!" Direct Josephine complimented. "Not bad for a beginner, I saw professionalism with your gestures." 

"Yeah Miss Liah, you slayed it." Pagsang-ayon ni Felicia and I smiled. "Water break?" She asked and I just nod. Binigyan niya ako ng isang bote ng tubig at dali-dali ko iyong ininom.

"So this is it, are you ready to meet your leading man Liah?" Director Josephine said and I flashes a bright smile. "Pwede ka nang pumasok hijo." 

Pagbukas ng pinto, hindi ko inaasahang dito ko makikita ang pagmumukha ng lalaking nanakit sa akin. Naliligaw ba siya? Is he even aware na may shooting dito or what?

"What are you doing here?" Tanong ko rito. He stand still and completely shocked.

Direct Josephine broke the silence. "Surprise?! Since engage naman na kayo and Art is also starting to create his name in this industry, why not kayo ang unang magkatrabaho? The chemistry would be insane!" Bakas na bakas sa tono ng boses ni Direct Josephine ang kasiyahan. 

Nayupi ko ang plastic bottle na hawak-hawak ko ang I laughed. "Really Director? Ooh, that's not nic--"

"Director, hun. Good afternoon." Art cuts me off. 

Hindi ko ito pinansin. "Hindi ako na-inform na fiance ko pala ka-loveteam ko. How sweet." Halatang kinilig si Director Josephine sa sinabi ko. Tinigan ko si Art from head to toe. Hun pala ah? You start a game, I'll show you how to play.

"See? Ngayon pa lang kinikilig na ako. This project will be a success!"

Art grinned at tumabi siya sa akin. Felicia is looking on the ground feeling the tension between me and this guy. Nagtaasan ang mga balahibo ko sa katawan nang bigla niya akong akbyan. "I can't wait to work with my honey,  I didn't expect this to happen and I'm really glad that it's actually happening." Tinitigan niya ang aking mukha. "Right hun?" Isang mapang-asar na ngiti ang itinapon nito sa akin.

I bit my lips and I grinned. "Yes baby..." Hinaplos ko ang kanyang braso at patago ko iyong kinalmot na nagpa-igtad sa kanya. "Oooh, what's wrong?" Kunwaring nag-aalala kong tanong.

"I gotta leave you guys here. Sobrang asukal na ang nagkakalat dito sa paligid. This is reality okay? THIS IS REAL LIFE. My gad! Ang sweet n'yo." The director left the room.

Inalis ko ang pagkaka-akbay sa akin ni Art. "You f*cking bastard. Lahat na lang ba ng magagandang bagay na pwedeng mangyari sa akin ay magpapakita ka at sisirain mo?" Mahina kong sambit.

His blank eyes is saying something that I can't translate. He left without any reply.

"Felicia... Bring me my tea."
