*DEVAN'S P.O.V*
I heard Elle yelling at someone and I didn't know who. Before I knew it there was a loud knock at the door and I answered it
"Sorry Devan, can I stay here for a bit?"
"Yeah sure Elle." I could see her hurt face, she looked angry, surprised and upset all at once. I knew something was wrong and I was wondering if I should ask her.
"Do you want to watch TV?" I asked hoping to be polite.
"Yeah, thank you Devan, thank you."
After watching TV for a bit Elle started talking to me
"So, uh... Devan, do you mind if I tell you why I'm here?"
"I don't mind at all Elle." I say as I smile at her.
"My mom told me that her and my dad had been thinking."
"Oh no Elle. You don't want them to get back together do you?"
"No..." I could see how scared she was, she started to cry and I gave her a big hug. She dug her head into my chest and I wish I could protect her and cuddle her all the time.
"I'm going to go home now since I've calmed down a bit." She said with a weak, small smile.
"Ok." I reply as I wipe her tears away.
