I sat in the car as we drove to New York with his hand holding mine and a shock collar around my neck.
He has some trust issues but this time when he placed it around my neck I knew how to take it off.
Smiling at me I smirk back as we were approaching the city some hours later.
"We will check into a hotel okay and we will grab your stuff and head back alright Bambi?" He says and I nod my head as I needed to escape him long enough to disappear in the city.
Getting a room at The Ramada hotel he made sure it was one room and one bed as he wanted to be next to me at all times.
"Okay Bambi let's go get your things and we may have enough time to go out for lunch..." He says as he holds my hand and we head out.
Grabbing a taxi we arrive at my house in 30 minutes due to traffic.

Opening my house door I was greeted by Ronnie my editor and publisher.
"Oh my god Rel where have you been disappearing for three weeks. You know we got a book deadline and a meeting today....Oh hello who's this?" Ronnie says eyeing Prince as our hands were intertwined.

Having to think quick on my feet Prince went to shake her hand but I pull him close to me.
"This is my reason for disappearing for three weeks this is Prince my boyfriend..." I regretfully say as Ronnie smiles wide.
"Ooh naughty naughty girl hiding this beautiful man from me. Well nice to meet you I'm Veronica Kingsley her editor/publisher. But everyone calls me Ronnie. Aurelia I hope you started on your new book..." Ronnie says as I finally let go Prince's hand to grab my laptop.
"Well no wonder it looks like you haven't been here I almost sent the calvary to look for you...we got money to make darling..." She jokes but I catches Prince glare.
