Present time Gabriel POV
I sat in my car where am I going to go my house is burned down I'll just get a hotel tonight and get my stuff from Bella's house when her and her goon squad leave in the morning should I report her, no I still love her I'm just pissed and plus she'd kill me if I do that I need to talk to my brother
(Phone call between Max and Gabriel)
M: Hello Gabriel where are you?
G: I'm about to check into a hotel but I need to talk to you.
M: ok text where you are and we can meet in the hotel bar I'll be there as soon as I can
G: ok see you soon
(Max POV)
Damn this meeting isn't going to go good I know Bella told him she was in the mafia and I don't know what he said but she came home and beat every prisoner we had until the started bleeding and she busted her knuckles open but she kept fighting after almost two hours her mom made us drug her to put her to sleep and even in her sleep she looks like she's going to be fighting in her dream my idiot brother just had to go break the mafia bosses heart working for her is going to be hell now
I walk to Eva and my bedroom and she looks upset
"Baby what's wrong?"
"What the fuck did you bother do to my best friend?"
"Baby I don't know he called me saying he's at a hotel and needs to talk"
" Oh really well I'm coming with you"
"No baby your not I know he hurt your best friend but he's my brother and"
"Boy if you say bros before hoes I will murder you with my bare hands"
"Hey relax I was not about to say that it's just you didn't let me in the room with Bella so why should you got talk to my brother with me"
She didn't say anything she just glared at me
" Look, baby, I'll be back and I'll tell you everything just stay here with Bella she needs you"
I rush out of the room before she can say anything else
I really hope we don't  end up fighting because they are having issues
I put in the hotel address into my GPS and drove off
I made it to the hotel in less than twenty minutes
I walk into the bar and I see this girl trying hard to get my brothers attention but he isn't having it
He saw me and his face lit up and of course, she noticed "oh baby why didn't you just say you were gay I wear a mean strap"
Just as I get to them Gabriel responded
"Bitch do I look gay to you that's my fucking brother maybe if you stop trying to be a slut you could have noticed that I'm not fucking interested in you because I'm in a relationship and even though I'm not talking to her right now I still fucking love her so back the fuck up and go pick another guy to fuck for money" she cried and ran off I see Gabriel instantly regret what he had said
"So are you going to tell me what's going on between you and Bella?"
"I don't know did you know she runs the mafia?"
"Yes I knew I even joined I kept telling her to tell you but she just wouldn't and I didn't tell you cause it wasn't my business to tell so I'm sorry"
"So everybody just lied to me Bella I kinda understand but you it's different with you, your my blood and you kept this from me why you didn't tell me you joined?"
"Look at how you are acting now why would I tell you anything you think that you're all wholesome and Goody two shoes I can only imagine how you made Bella feel it was hard not telling you but now I don't feel so bad if you'll excuse me I have to go check on Bella because of you, we had to drug her she went crazy on the people who kidnapped you and she busted her knuckles and I gotta get back before she wakes up"
I got up and walked away before he could say anything.
(Gabriel POV)
I watched Max walk away did they really not tell me because of fear of what I would do or say and Bella is hurting herself over me this is some bull shit maybe I should go see if she's ok no I can't do that after that big scene I caused she probably never wants to see me again I hate that she's in pain and I'm the one causing it I sit there for about twenty minutes just as I'm about to get up and walk to my room I see Richard and Ricardo walking towards me. Did she put a hit out on me already? damn, I don't want to die in a hotel bar do I run? do I beg for my life? before I can make a plan they are in front of me
"Look I know Bella is mad but please don't kill me"
"We are not here to kill even though we should how dare you to hurt Bella" Richard spoke
"I swear I didn't mean to its so much to understand"
"Trust me we get it but your brother sent you some stuff he thought you might need and Anna (aka Bella's mom) sent us she said she want to meet with you but wanted to know if it was ok?"  Ricardo said
"Yeah that's fine tell her where I am or give her my number I can't come to the house just yet"
They both nodded showing that they understand
I started up to my room and I saw Amanda fuck what is she doing here
I quickly put my head down and pray to God that she doesn't see me
(Bella POV)
I woke up my hand was wrapped and my clothes are covered in blood if they were going to drug me they could have at least changed me I rolled my eyes and stripped down to nothing so I can take a shower the events from yesterday play in my head he didn't even give me a chance to make him understand
No Bella stop it your not about to get all emotional just make yourself busy and you'll forget the problem at hand  
(Time jump Two hours later)
Everyone has been coming and asking me am I ok do I need anything and honestly I just want to be alone
So I grab my phone my gun and other miscellaneous stuff
I walk out of my office and see Eva and Max sucking each other face off and it made me sick
I clear my throat "get a room"
They both turn red in embarrassment
"I'm going out I know we have a meeting at 3:45 so just meet me there I say to Eva"
"May I ask where you are going"
"Well because you're my sister and I love you I'll let it slide this time if you must know where I'm going I'm going to the pet store" I lied I wasn't planning on going to the pet store but now I think I might
"Why the pet store, please don't turn into a cat lady"
"I'm just going to ignore that and walk away," I said rolling my eyes
"Bella wait"
"Nope I'm good"
As I get to the front door I see my mother putting on her coat "mom where are you going?"
"I'm just going to the store where are you going?"
"Just out I'm not really sure yet"
"I see well I'll see you when you get back I love you"
"Ok mom bye I love you too"
"We walk to our cars and drive off"
Less than ten minutes I was at the pet store and it's not your common family pet store this store trains and sells dogs that fight and protect just like your men would and I know what your thinking Bella why didn't you just go to a regular pet store it would have been the same all dogs are protectors of the ones they love and although that may be true these dogs are trained in all things concerning the mafia and they are only friendly to so many so I don't have to worry about my doing letting the enemy in
but anywho I digress I got four dogs two Rottweilers and two Siberian Huskies I decided to name the Rottweilers Ace and Axle and the Huskies I decided on Smokey and Killer
