Shaw

Shaw was sitting at his desk staring at a picture of you that he kept next to his computer. Then Samuel nudged his nose against Shaw's leg snapping him out of his thoughts.

Shaw-''Hey, Sam. Sorry, I've got something important on my mind that I need to ask Y/N.''

Samuel put his paw on Shaw's knee.

Shaw-''Alright, I'll tell you. But you have to promise me you won't say anything to Y/N, ok?''

Samuel nodded his head making Shaw smile.

Shaw-''Ok. Well, I want to ask Y/N to marry me.''

Samuel barked and wagged his tail.

Shaw-''I knew you'd be happy about it.''

Shaw smiled.

Shaw-''Are you going to join me when I go buy the ring?''

Samuel barked.

Shaw-''Thanks.''

Then Shaw's captain called him because there was a robbery in progress.

Shaw-''Come on, Sam.''

Shaw stood up as he grabbed his jacket.

Shaw-''Let's go catch those bad guys.''

Shaw and Samuel ran and left the precinct.

Nick

Jay-''Can you believe he said that to me?''

Jay looked over at Nick who was lost in his thoughts as they were driving to the hospital at the end of their shift.

Jay-''Nick!''

Nick looked at Jay.

Nick-''Huh?''

Jay-''You weren't listening to a word I said, did you?''

Nick-''Sorry, I'm thinking about Y/N.''

Jay-''Bro, she's fine. We're gonna see her in a few minutes.''

Nick-''I know. I just have something important to ask her.''

Jay-''What is it?''

Nick-''I want to ask her to marry me.''

Jay-''Well, it's about damn time, man!''

Nick just laughed.

Jay-''This lovely woman has been putting up with you for all this time, saved your ass from dying & saved my ass from getting shot! The least you can do is put a ring on her finger.''

Nick smiled.

Nick-''Thanks for your support, bro. ''

Jay-''Anytime. Besides, I told you I'd be your Best Man when you asked her to be your girlfriend.''

Nick-''I recall that.''

Jay-''So, can I be there when you propose?''

Nick smiled.

Jake sat down in the living room across from Amanda and Lily.

Jake-''Thanks for coming over.''

Amanda-''You sounded serious on the phone.''

Lily-''Is Y/N's memory still alright?''

Jake-''Y/N's absolutely fine.''

You had gained your memory back about 3 months ago.

Amanda-''So, what's going on?''

Jake-''I want to ask Y/N to marry me.''

Lily screamed with excitement.

Lily-''Really?!''

Jake-''Yeah!''

Amanda-''That's great! I think it's a great next step for you two.''

Jake-''Thanks. Will you two join me when I go buy the ring?''

Amanda-''Absolutely!''

Lily-''Why can't we go now?''

Jake-''Y/N is going to be home in an hour and I know that shopping with you two takes more than an hour.''

Lily-''I would take offense to that...but it's true.''

They laughed.
