"Please do not play dumb with me." Rebekah snarled before slamming the witch onto the counter. "Rebekah! Maddie, do something!" Sophie begged only for Maddie to scoff back in her face. "Please, Rebekah is a puppy compared to me." Maddie stated before turning back to the young witch and the Original Vampire as Rebekah slid the witch further up the counter, knocking ornaments and boxes off in the process.

"I just sold the werewolf some herbs. That's all." Katie lied in a panic making Maddie raise an eyebrow. "Are you lying to her, Katie? I suggest you answer her questions honestly." Maddie stated with a warning look, watching the young with turn to her friend in desperation.

"Just answer the question, Katie, please." Sophie rushingly begged, causing Maddie to turn to Katie with a smirk and a raised eyebrow. "Yes. I told someone, but you don't understand. I-I love him." Katie stuttered and Rebekah smirked at the Petrova Hybrid before turning back to the young witch.

"Then tell me, who is this vampire Romeo of yours?" Rebekah questioned but Katie didn't say anything causing Maddie to roll her eyes as she grabbed the witch, throwing her to the floor before pressing her heel to Katie's throat.

"Should I count down from fucking 5?"

"Well?" Klaus answered the phone as Rebekah called him. "You were right about the traitor. Luckily, she's just a kid and she doesn't know anything about us and what we're up to." Rebekah stated before handing the phone to Maddie.

"Do you want to hear the part that's going to make you love us more than you already do?" Maddie questioned with a smirk. "Oh, do tell." Klaus encouraged blandly making Maddie roll her eyes as Rebekah took the phone off her.

"She's in love with someone in Marcel's inner circle." Rebekah stated and Maddie chuckled. "Guess who it is." The Petrova Hybrid cheered and Klaus smirked.

"Right-hand-man type, favors silly caps?" Klaus guessed and Rebekah grinned. "Two points for you." Maddie hummed before Rebekah continued. "Thierry is fraternizing with the enemy." The blonde female stated and Klaus chuckled.

"Well, that means he just unwittingly became the key to our entire plan." The Original Hybrid stated and Maddie laughed. "I told you, you'd love us." The Petrova Hybrid stated and Rebekah shook her head at the two with the roll of her eyes.

"Oh, to be young and in love in a city where witches and vampires are at war. How very tragic." Klaus hummed and Maddie smirked. "Fucking tragic is right. Now, I need a coffee."

"Are you out of your mind? No way." Sophie huffed and Maddie rolled her eyes as she took a sip of her coffee.

"It's very simple. We need you to perform a teeny, tiny locator spell to help us find our brother." Rebekah stated only for the witch to sigh in exasperation. "Witches who practice magic in this town get caught, and they get killed." Sophie stated and Maddie made a face as she realised her cup was empty.

"Yes. About that, it seems you left out a crucial detail when we made our deal. Marcel's secret weapon, the way he knows when a witch is using magic." Klaus started as he walked over to his sister figure and taking a seat next to her as his little sister continued.

"Girl about yay high, cute as a button, anger issues." Rebekah listed as the Petrova Hybrid rolled her eyes. "Davina? W-Where have you seen her?" Sophie stuttered and Maddie's eyebrows furrowed.

"I don't know. The little brat erased my memory right after she threw me out a window with her bloody mind." Rebekah snapped and Maddie huffed, finally cutting in.

"Let me cut to the chase as this conversation has gotten nowhere in the past five fucking minutes. Davina has Elijah. You witch-bitches, I assume, want to get Davina away from Marcel..." Maddie trailed off to make sure she got this right, but when she saw Sophie's nod, she continued.
