"Mommy, would you mind if I ask you why we we were not with my real Dad?" tanong ni Heaven sakin. Paano ko nga ba sasabihing may asawa na ang tunay nyang ama?

"Your Dad is already married" sagot ko sa kanya.

"Oh I thought he's just like Lyle's Dad. I thought he's not yet married" sabi ni Heaven. 

"Sweetie, do you want to know about your real Dad? Do you want to meet him?" tanong ko sa kanya. Her eyes sparkles. Halatang excited sya.

"I would love to" sagot nya sakin. Niyakap ko siya. I saw Yves from afar looking at us.

"Can we talk?" tanong ko kay Yves. Nakaupo sya sa dalampasigan malapit sa cottage namin. Nakausap ko na din si Tito Irvin kanina, I decided to say the truth.

"Sure! May problema ba?" tanong nya. Umiling ako.

"I'm sorry" maluha luha kong sabi, tumingin sya sakin.

"What for? Umiiyak ka ba?" tanong nya.

"There are a lot of things that I purposely didn't say to you. I was badly hurt. You already know why" sabi ko. Tumango naman sya.

"I should be the one saying sorry here" sabi nya. Umiling ako ulit.

"No. I made a big mistake, I lied to you" sagot ko sa kanya. Kumunot ang noo nya. I sighed. "Heaven is" I stopped, finding the right words to say. "Heaven is yours" I finally utter those words.

Hindi sya umimik. Tumingin lang ulit sya sa dagat.

"Hey, say something please" sabi ko. Ilang minuto na rin kasi syang tahimik. "Okay lang kung hindi mo iacknowledge si Heaven. Besides, Xharles is her father eversince. I just wanted to tell you the truth para mabawasan yung bigat sa dibdib ko. Balik na ko sa cottage" I was about to standup and walk away nang bigla nya kong hilahin at yakapin.

"Thank you! You don't know how happy I am, ito pala yung pakiramdam na may matatawag kang sayo" Yves. I hugged him back. Pero agad din akong kumalas.

"Tawagin ko lang sya, she already knew that Xharles is not her biological father" ako. Tumango naman sya.

"Sweetie, someone wants to talk to you" tawag ko sa atensyon ng anak ko ng makalapit ako sa cottage.

Nagkatinginan kami ni Ate. She smiled at me, I smiled back.

"Yves" tawag ko muli sa kanya ng makalapit kami ni Heaven. Tinignan nya naman kami, ngayon ko nalang ulit binanggit ang pangalan nya.

I heard her called my name. It's music to my ears.

"Hi" bati ko kay Heaven. My daughter.

"Hello mister" Heaven, natawa ako sa sinabi nya mister.

"Uhm, sweetie. You told me you wanted to meet your real father right?" Helyne. My daugther nods. "He's right in front of you" dagdag ni Helyne. Tinitigan ako ng matagal ni Heaven.

"Daddy!" she hugged me tight. Tumingin ako kay Helyne I mouthed thank you. Tumango naman sya.

We talked for a while, she tell stories about how she lived in Korea. How she grew up with Xharles on her side. Sinabi nya rin na wag daw akong magagalit kung minsan si Xharles ang kasama nya, because she grew up knowing that he's the biological father. How can a five years old say that?

"Daddy can I sleep beside you tonight?" tanong ni Heaven.

"No sweetie, malikot ka magsleep. Mahihirapan matulog si Daddy sayo" sabi ni Helyne.

"It's okay, I wanted to spend more time with my daughter. If it's okay with you I want to borrow her and bring her home with me" tanong ko sa kanya.

"Really Daddy? Can I come home with you?" excited na tanong ng anak ko.

"Yes baby, you want that?" tanong ko sakanya tumango naman ito.

"Mommy can I come? Please?" Heaven. Her mom's face shouts disagreement.

"How about your wife?" tanong nya sakin.

"Wala naman siyang magagawa. Besides, Mom and Dad is with us. No one can harm my daughter" Sagot ko sa kanya.

"Okay, but promise me you'll take good care of her" Helyne.

"Ofcourse!" sagot ko. Hindi na sya muling kumibo, dumerecho kami sa suite nila ng Ate nya. Frost and Vera is there, nakikipaglaro kay Lyle.

"Hey cousin!" tawag ni Heaven kay Lyle. "I want you to meet my real Dad" masayang sabi nya.

"Really? He's your Dad?" tanong ni Lyle. Tumango naman ito. "My Dad is more handsome" biglang sabi nito. Sumimangot tuloy si Heaven.

"Lyle, what did I tell you? Don't fight with Ate Yumi right?" Vera.

"Yes mommy, I'm sorry!" Lyle. Lumapit ito kay Heaven at niyakap sya. My daughter hugged him in return.

"Kunin lang namin yung gamit ni Heaven Ate. Gusto nya daw matulog sa tabi ng Daddy nya ngayon" Helyne.

"Thank you Helyne" sabi ko ng makapasok kami sa kwarto nya. "You don't know how happy I am right now" tinignan nya lang ako at ngumiti.

Oh how I missed those smiles. Sana kaya pang ibalik ang nakaraan.
