Anyways since my blood is boiling from the usual shit lemme bitch about some of my classes to get my mind off it if only for a lil while-
In my history class we doin the same shit as 2 years ago jfc
The first time it was just learnin about racism and oppressed groups in history n how people handled shit back then
Last year we actually got to learn (or idk check out) more specific events and dates, and it all had little to nothing with what we did the previous year
Now this year we back to square one about learning about injustices n shit and lemme tell ya
As a queer kid who lives in a household where I'm not allowed to talk about being trans without feeling invalid, I'd fucking know all that shit
I'm just so damn tired of redoing the same shit
And so are my classmates cause one person or two openly said how we always talk about the same shit in that class
(Also note that these are 2 different classes, the one I'm doin rn requires more essays n reading and me busting my ass. The first year there wasn't as much and all we'd have to do is worksheets and annotate texts so yeehaw fuck everything)

The only reason I took this class was cause my mom said I should try it and I really didn't know what else to do (also she's into photography so heck might as well make her happy idc)

At first I thought we'd be doing shit digitally but no
Apparently we doin shit where you gotta develop film and be in a darkroom to take care of the shit you took
It's all really tedious and idk if I'm even liking this at all like
I'm just indifferent and felt like I really had no other choices but I mean I guess I can't complain
