I walked towards the door and turned to my left to see Jinyoung disappearing. I shook my head and walked to my second rehearsal which was dance.
I entered the room to see my brothers group mates, Momo from Twice and other idols and a few trainees. Momo walked towards me smiling, "Hi, I'm Momo!" She said energetically.
I smiled at her, "Y/N". "Oh I know about you, Mark talks about you everyday" she said giggling. I caught Mark's attention by looking at him across the room and he shook his head quickly.
"Is that so?" I questioned Momo laughing. The choreographer came in and it was the legendary Lia Kim, my muse and idol of all time. I've worked with her for a music video but I doubt she remembers me.
I stood at the back with Mark and JB and Lia Kim stares at you for a while, "Y/N?!" She said barging through the dancers, she quickly hugged me. "You're still dancing?!" She said squealing a little bit.
"You could say so" I said laughing. "Guys, she was actually one of my dancers back in LA when she around 18 and she was like a firecracker. We done a music video with a male dancer and they had amazing connection. For a matter of fact let's watch it now!"
She said running to the projector and putting it on and connecting it to her phone and showing the whole class the music video.
Everyone was at awe, even my own brother even though he streamed the fuck out of the video because it was my first video.
It came to the last scene of the video where myself and the male dancer were under the rain on the middle of the road and he kissed me.
Everyone gasped and clapped at the video, "This is what I want to see from you guys for the next 8 weeks!" She said unplugging her phone from the projector and then to the speaker.
20 minutes into the lesson
"Ok guys! Now we're going to learn how to duet tricks. I'll choose your partners so don't be fussy! He'll be your partner for the week" Lia said looking around.
After choosing everyone in the class the only left were me and JB. We smiled at each other as he stared walking towards me. "Hey dork" he said nudging my shoulder.
40 minutes into the lesson
I'm out breath and I can already feel my legs bruising, JB and I are trying to aim a trick where I sit on one side his shoulders I have to flip to the point where he's flipped me and pulls me from under his leg and pull me up and my ending pose has to be my left leg wrapping his right leg.
I took off my oversized jumper exposing my Nike sports bra and blue jeans short. JB stared at me for a moment, "What?" I said fanning myself.
He shook his head and we carried on practicing until we go it right. And we did eventually. Lia clapped her hands, "Ok class! Let's see what we've learned. Y/N and JB wanna start first?"
We walked to the front of the class and gave each other the look, we took a deep breathe and attempted the trick.
And we succeeded!
Everyone clapped in class except Jinyoung. I don't know what his problem is but I really want to confront him. Each pair performed and the class slowly descended, I grabbed my jumper and water bottle.
I saw Jinyoung at the corner of my eye so I jogged to him grabbing his wrist, "What's your problem?"
