"What do you mean?" Kyle wondered confusingly.

"Like at the lake you jumped into, I convinced you to come back to me. On the mall roof, I convinced you to come back with me. Why'd you do it?"

Kyle didn't say this quietly, "Because I'm stuck being in love with you, and I'm glad I'm stuck."

"You mean that?" Stan asked.

"Of course I mean that. I was just worried for awhile there. You changed." Kyle told his boyfriend sadly.

"I hate myself so much for that." Stan admitted.

"All I know is that I love you and it won't change."

"Same here." Stan nodded.

Kyle stopped Stan in his tracks and wrapped both arms around his neck to connect their lips.

There was no 'Or maybe...' He did love Stan. No doubt.

Kyle just got some gut feeling that possibly, Stan would not change the way he'd been acting.

His love for Stan was not what made him crazy. He was crazy about him and for him, but it didn't make him crazy in general.

Kyle had a life ahead of him that he wanted to succeed in.

He didn't want to feel like he had no purpose or an unwanted one.

He was wanted by someone for romantic reasons. He was wanted by people for friendly reasons.

The redhead wanted to fight the feelings he had deep hatreds for.

"What happened before I got there?"

"I tried cutting off Cartman's air circulation."

Stan looked surprised, but proud, "You what?"

"I choked him." Kyle said again.

"Good. That motherfucker deserved it." Stan said putting his hands in his pants pockets.

Kyle nodded.

Kyle Broflovski needed a brain clean-out, meaning he needed to clear his mind of all the toxic things bothering him.

Not everything would be cleared out that was toxic though.

It wasn't that simple.

Both illnesses were powerful and manipulating.

"What do you wanna do tonight?"

"I don't know, what movies are out?" Kyle answered back to his boyfriend's question.

"There's that one we thought looked good. We can see that." Stan journeyed back to when he and Kyle were lying in bed, eyes on Stan's cell phone, watching the trailer for a Mystery/Thriller movie.

Kyle agreed on seeing that, "Sounds good."

The boys had found themselves sitting in a comfortable booth at the burger place they'd agreed on.

The waitress came over with her mini notepad locked in one hand with a blue ink pen clasped in the other.

Kyle ordered his food and drink and then Stan ordered for himself.

"When school lets out, we should go on a road trip, for like a week." Kyle stated a suggestion as a summer plan.

"Yeah, where to?" Stan questioned.

"Somewhere quiet, peaceful."

Stan was totally okay with going somewhere like that, "Sure."

The waitress named Tammy came back over with two sodas. One root beer for Stan and one Sprite for Kyle.
