Stan.
"Tell me about what's been going on up there." Stan nodded his head up to Kyle's.
"Well my mom thought I needed anger management those past years ago, now I think the acts that happened back then are coming back." Kyle got straight to the point.
"You've been angry?"
"Yeah who wouldn't be pissed off over what you did?" Kyle glared at Stan.
Stan fell back on his bed and sighed.
"Now," Kyle turned around from his sitting position on the bed and hastily got on top of Stan, only to pin his wrists to the bed and lock eyes with him, "It's your turn to tell me what's been up with you." Stan stared back at the boy above him.
"I've missed you, a lot." He finally admitted.
"That's not all of it." Kyle kept his fingers wrapped around Stan's wrists.
"I want you back, really bad. I wanna put the past behind us." Stan revealed his want of the boy pinning him down.
He had to admit it was turning him on but it wasn't the time for that.
Kyle felt the exact same way, but he wasn't going to just agree and let Stan think what he did was no big deal.
The boy above Stan snickered, "Think you can just say it and I'll be yours again?"
"No." Stan answered. Kyle laughed a little.
"Okay that's enough, smartass." Stan pushed Kyle on his back and pinned him down, holding his jaw.
Stan began to close the space between them but stopped to the point where they were only a couple centimeters away from locking lips.
"You can act like the tough guy all you want, but I know you love me. I know I fucked up, but I'm human and I make mistakes like every other living soul on planet earth. Whatever's happening with you I want to help with. Just stop this fucking around and tell me you love me."
And just like that, Kyle was defeated by the first and probably the last love of his life.
The monster had gone away, for now at least.
He pushed his lips upward to catch Stan's fiercely.
Stan grabbed the sides of Kyle's head and pulled him up.
It was bound to happen soon and Kyle didn't want it to stop.
Stan tore off his zip-up hoodie and reattached his hands at the sides of Kyle's jaw.
He let Kyle tug on the front of his dark blue t- shirt.
A talk about all this might win back even more of Kyle's trust.
That had occurred to Stan but he was too busy loving the feeling of Kyle's lips opening and closing in between his.
In reality, a talk would make a much bigger improvement.
They could make out any other time, this talk had to happen, like right now.
There's a dark side behind what people want, but the dark side to what people need? Start running.
Things needed can seem like things wanted.
A person handles their needs and wants differently. Some have needs like being close to another person, feeling them in some way.
Any way at all, they need it. The not-so problematic issue here was that Kyle needed Stan like how some people need drugs for pain or for a disease they have.
