The boys got off the mall roof safely that day and drove back home. It was now the day of the first therapy appointment with Dr. Rytec.

Stan's hands were placed on the steering wheel of his car. Him and Kyle were almost at SPTC. He kept taking quick glances at Kyle to assure he was okay.

Not much conversation happened on the way to the appointment. Stan didn't expect any less of it though.

He figured that his boyfriend had a whole jumble of words, thoughts, and emotions balled up inside his brain.

The radio provided white noise.

An empty parking spot waited to be filled in the middle of the SPTC parking lot. It wasn't long before Kyle turned and looked at Stan, "Are you sure this'll help me?"

"Yes, c'mon."

Stan did what he always did and went to the passenger side of his car to open the door for Kyle.

Kyle hugged Stan the second his feet hit the warm concrete.

"I love you, we'll figure this out soon." Stan said to his boyfriend.

"I hope so." Kyle took Stan's hand and began taking him to the building doors.

They went up to the 3rd floor where Dr. Rytec had her patients come in to office 30F.

Stan told Kyle to go sit in one of the chairs while he checked in for him.

Dr. Rytec called both Stan and Kyle into her counseling room about 15 minutes after they'd gotten there.

"C'mon in boys!" Dr. Rytec motioned for them to come in. She shut the door behind her.

"Which one of you is Kyle Broflovski?" Dr. Rytec asked the boys.

"Me. It's nice to meet you, Dr. Rytec." Kyle put his hand out for Dr. Rytec to shake. She shook hands with Kyle, "Likewise."

"This is my boyfriend Stan." Kyle introduced Stan to Dr. Rytec.

"It's nice to meet you, Stan." Dr. Rytec smiled.

She had the boys sit down on the light brown couch across from her chair.

Dr. Rytec wrote down a few things before setting her notepad aside, "So can you boys tell me a little bit of what has been going on?"

Kyle looked at Stan; he knew that if he started speaking about it himself he'd be close to having yet another meltdown.

"Well we broke up a few months ago. I moved away and didn't tell Kyle about it. My parents moved back because they saw how upset I was. We didn't talk at all when I first got back. One day I found him in the locker room and apologized. We ended up getting back together. From that point, he was pushing me away and telling me things that could never happen like if I were to leave him. But then as less as several seconds later, he'd tell me he loved me and how he's really sorry for what he said." Stan spared only a couple details to the therapist.

Kyle looked really embarrassed by the small amount of details said about him and Stan.

Dr. Rytec nodded, "Okay, Kyle, what are some of the major things that has happened?"

Kyle cleared his throat and looked at the doctor, "I've tried jumping off roofs, and uh...I punched a hole in my bedroom wall when I heard that Stan moved away. I've told him to leave me and break up with me."

"You don't really want that do you?" Dr. Rytec asked.

"No not at all." Kyle shook his head.

"What possessed you to want to jump off a roof, Kyle?"
