Chapter 19- Surprise Test

Midoriya's Pov

I just had this amazing dream. I was in some alternative universe full of human size cats and everything was so cute and fluffy. Then a yellow cat cuddled on my lap and started purring. Even now, I still feel warm and comfy. But where is this warmth coming from? I reached for my alarm clock to see what time was it. When I couldn't find it I finally opened my eyes. What is this? I don't really understand the position I'm in. Well, this is definitely my room and I'm sat on my bed but there's something heavy putting pressure against my body.

I tried to turn my head to the side and found a sleeping Kaachan.

Oh right, he came here yesterday to study. My notebook was left forgotten on his lap. We must have fallen asleep while studying. I was lying on his shoulder and Kaachan had his head against mine. And all this warmth was coming from him. How do we end up like this every time? Not that I'm complaining... I actually like it. Being able to feel his warmth, sleeping in his arms, waking up every morning next to him, this are some of my deepest wishes. I felt heat rising to my face. He would completely freak out if he found out all the things I think about him. Things I want to do with him, even if I don't dare to think about it. Ahhh! I have to get out of here, he'll wake up soon.

I got up abruptly, making Kaachan fall to where I had been sitting. I panicked for a second, thinking that I'd wake him up and he would beat me up for disturbing him. All those feelings were washed away because he didn't even tremble. I didn't notice but I had been holding my breath. Why do I care so much? When my breath got back to normal and my heart settled down,  I felt cold. That's because we had been together until now. So the parts he was touching feel uncomfortably cold. I wonder if he's also feeling cold. I decided to cover him with a blanket, then I went to my desk and started studying. After all, we'll have a surprise test in a few days.

The conclusion I got was that I couldn't focus. Not when he was sleeping in my bed just a few meters away. I should go get breakfast. It's still early, I know, but if I stay here I'll explode and do something I might regret. I quickly wrote a note explaining where I was going, just in case Kaachan woke up and I wasn't there. I placed it in his hand and for some moments lost myself staring at him. I shouldn't kiss him. I definitely shouldn't. I just need to walk away. Now. I need to move now.

Bakugo's Pov

I felt someone holding my hand so I opened my eyes. Imagine my surprise when I found Deku just a few inches away from me, slightly blushing.

"Ah! M-morning Kaachan. Sorry... I didn't, didn't mean to wake you up!"

"Morning nerd." I closed my eyes again. All that stuttering, it's like he's too aware of my presence.

"So... uh... I, I was going to go get breakfast... what... I'll bring something... what would you like?"

I can literally hear him blushing.

"Anything is fine. Thanks." I wonder what would his reaction be if I said I wanted him, because that's what I really want. I opened my eyes again.

"Oh really, then I'll be..." He kept staring at me, lips slightly parted because he stopped in the middle of a sentence. "I'll be going now." Does he realize that he's still holding my hand?

I felt something bubbling on my belly. All those suppressed feelings. It's too early in the morning for me to think clearly, that's the excuse I'll use after doing this.

I lifted my body, just enough to plant a kiss on his lips. He immediately pulled away, also releasing my hand.

"Kaachan. This... this is not a dream. You're not sleeping anymore." He laughed nervously.
