The Great Escape

She scoffs a little and turns her head to the side

"you won't get away with this" she mumbles

I laugh lowly

"and what makes you think that?" I tilt my head to the other side

A smirk tugs at the edge of her mouth as she turns to face me

"when they find you.... They will hurt you in ways that you would never even dream of... You will wish you had died" she leans in

I poke the side of my mouth with my tongue and nod my head, I stand up straight and pull the gun from the back of my jeans

I kept the gun, I figured I'd need it at some point

The breath hitches in her throat and the rest of the boys gasp as I check that it's loaded

"hana? Jo is here, are you sure you want to do this" V comes close behind me

My breathing becomes a little shallow and my stomach erupts with butterflies, nows not really a good time hana

"I'm not going to shoot her, if it was up to me she would suffer so ill give her a choice" I say and place the gun on the desk

I move close to her and lean down to her height

"if you want it, get it" I whisper

She looks at me a little confused, this isn't part of the plan but I wouldn't mind letting her suffer

I turn to the boys

"well we best get going" I say with a small smile, Jo comes to my side and gives me a little hug

"but we don't have a plan, where are we going to go?" jhope asks

The boys seem to agree

I smirk a little

"that's where your wrong, Yuna and I were very careful" I say as I take my bag out of V's hands

I open the door and usher them out, they don't protest and head out into the corridor, I turn to Ara and wink at her

I turn the light off and leave, I walk towards the outside when we hear 3 loud gunshots and a bunch of shouting

"find them now!!" I hear someone shout in the distance

Shit

I turn to the boys who heard it very clearly

I look at Jo who looks scared, I bend down to his level

"it's okay, we are going to get out of here. Jimin is going to give you a piggy back ride okay?" I say and glance up at jimin, he just nods

"hana they are coming" felix says

Jo quickly jumps onto jimins back and we run fast towards the door before we reach it people come running in our direction

We run out side, the people following us, they are shouting but I'm not really worried about what they are saying

More people join in, this time firing bullets at us

I feel sting in the back of my thigh, I've been shot. I wince a little but keep running. I hear some growl through gritted teeth, I look to see they have managed to shoot felix in his lower back

We run quickly across the football field and towards the forest and back gate, we make it there, I realise that the boys have also been shot they don't seem bothered about it

I make them run through the gate and I quickly follow, running through the forest area. The group follow, still sending shots out into the darkness

"just get the the main road, I'll catch up!" I shout

"what do you mean, come on!" Jin shouts back

I can't

"I need to get something just go now!" my eyes glow red in the darkness

"we can't just leaves you!" V adds as he comes closer

I glance behind me to see the flashlights becoming closer

I look into V's eyes, nows not a good time but I think.... I think I've finally figured it all out

I pull him close and kiss him, he almost instantly kisses me back

I pull away

"wait for me" I whisper as I tear falls from my eye, he looks really confused

I break away from his grip and run in the opposite direction, I need to get something, it's a part of the plan but I could get seriously hurt and even killed but I have to do it for their safety

"HANA!" I hear him shout, his voice cracking, I wipe the tears away and keep running

I listen closely to hear the boys beginning to run again, they are hesitant but manage to run away. I hope they find Yuna, she should be waiting for them right outside of the trail

I run through the trees and back towards the large gate, I climb back over it and run back onto campus

I can't believe I just used my friends as a distraction, I guess it's okay if I knew they weren't going to get hurt

My eyes glow green as I sneak back into the building, I hide around a corner as people run past me. I make a run for the basement, I can't let them create more of me

I walk up to the door to see that no one is in the lab, I quickly walk in and look around. There's a large glass cabinet with 10 bags of blood in each with a number on

I guess that's our blood

Exactly what I'm looking for

I glance around quickly, I can't see any keys. I punch the glass with all my strength and the glass explodes everywhere

I grab the blood bags and stuff them into my bag, just then 2 big guys come running in

Show time

My eyes glow bright red and my face becomes the zombie side, I'm not going to feel guilty...... Not this time

I do what I have to and let their limp bodies fall to the floor

I drop their severed heads right into the pools of blood, I didn't need to do this but it sure felt good

I look around at the blood smeared up the walls and all across the floor, I sure know how to make a mess

I chuckle to myself and lick the blood from my hands, I was right

I don't feel the slightest bit guilty

I grab my bag and leave the room, making sure to turn the lights off, god help the person who finds all of this

I walk through the corridors, blood dripping from me, I hide from a few people until I make it to the main area

I've walked straight into a trap, I'm surrounded

My friends got away and that's all that matters

"well well well, I guess your master plan didn't work out" Mr chan comes forward, Ara right behind him

She looks weak and disorientated, I guess our bites work faster, I'll ale sure to remember that

I just smirk, I've accepted the fact that I'd probably die here

I accepted it a long time ago, I've been prepared for the darkness since Jackson was bitten

I hear the click of a gun and the cold metal pressed against the back of my head, I close my eyes and look to the sky

I smile and take my last breath

"don't think you are that lucky"
