Dr. Smiley and Eyeless jack get along like brothers, however, them having similar jobs and tactics, it does cause some rivalry between them. When it does, Smiley is usually the one to shut down any fights, while Jack wants to fight. Out of the two, Smiley's a little more practical when it comes to their jobs.
