What Does the "Nation's Extended Sister' Mean?
The new title that has been given to 'Justice' or Chai Darling (24), of Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) and the meaning fits not only her, but any other half Korean idol!
A year or so ago, Darling was in talks of becoming the 'Nation's Little Sister', which would mean Darling would take our current 'Nation's Little Sister' IU's position, But since Darling wasn't qualified her name was taken off of the qualifying list.
Now that has been changed as a new title as been added! 'Nation's Extended Sister'!
What does 'Nation's Extended Sister' mean? Well we'll tell ya.
'Nation's Extended Sister' means that any Female idol that is Half Korean can be titled it. Since Darling's Father is Korean, and her Mother is Mexican, that makes her Half-Korean and Half-Mexican.
She is the first idol to take the new listed title and Darling says she will "take great honor upon the name and appreciates being titled, even though it was alright for them to not being named 'Nation's Little Sister', I (Darling) understands the circumstances and believes that I (Darling) don't qualify the title, but this title fits my (her) heritage and nationality a lot better."
