Run Era

In the "Run" music video, fans were expecting at least some new information about Darling's whereabouts since "I Need U". When the 7:31 minute video was released fans realized most of the boys were paired up, Hyung line to Maknae line, except Jin and Darling weren't paired with each other, in fact they weren't paired up with anyone at all. They didn't have a partner like the rest of the boys did.

And when it came to scenes of them running and meeting up together, Darling seemed distant. When the scene shows the boys running in a field, fans noticed that Darling wasn't there.

The scene changed and Darling was running in a busy town, bumping into people and smoothly running past moving cars, jumping over the hoods of some cars to make it across the street. Fans noticed that Darling was running towards something rather then away like the boys were doing.

Fans kept watching not speculating much until this scene appeared.

Fans noticed there was someone at the end of the tunnel on the other side of the boys in the middle of the lane. Then the scene switched to the boys throwing things at cars and vandalizing some as well. Then the scene diverts away from them to reveal that being at the end of the tunnel was in fact Darling, she stops to see the boys in a chaotic state. She sprints to them, tears on her face as she slowly reaches the boys.

She finally makes it closer and sees Yoongi walking lazily, she crashes to him, hugging him from behind as she cries on his back, he turns his head to see Darling and goes wide eyed, he turns around and hugs her.

The scene then changes, Darling on the back of their pick up truck as Yoongi throws a cup at a car and the person gets out the window. The boys run away as Jin turns the truck.

Jin stops the truck to pick up the rest of the boys as Darling grabs them and pulls them onto the back.

Then a scene changes again where everyone is in a bathroom as Jimin opens the door, everyone including Darling parties and hits their cups together as confetti is thrown in the air, Jimin is surprised and Darling notices him.

She smiles as she pulls Jimin into the bathroom, then proceeds to push Jimin into the bathtub filled with water and confetti, everyone starts to splash water on Jimin as he tries to fight back.

Then the scene changes to all the boys sitting either inside the tub or around it. Darling on top of Yoongi, Jimin, and Taehyung's lap as everyone's hand are thrown up.

The ending scene is shown and Jungkook stops to look at a car coming, Darling turns around to see Jungkook stop and she runs towards him, she grabs his arm, but stops and looks at the camera. Jungkook starts to smile, but Darling's eyes grow wide in fear, the scene stops and it closes.

Fans wait and watch the end credits scene, a picture is taken of the boys by the truck or inside it, Darling sits on the bumper of the truck, her left leg on the bumper while her right leg dangles. Then the picture is shown and Jin is missing, Jimin then burns the picture, ending the music video.

Fans are left with no new evidence of what happened to Darling, but are thankful that she is with the boys again.
