Try To Keep The Pace

I'm pasting this here, since im pretty sure that none of you checked the note posted on my wallokay so, wtf. I've gotten hold of my mother's tablet for the first time in years and to my surprise, this app was still installed on that device. In my really bored and slightly tipsy state of mind I thought "fuck it" and i dived back into this hellhole. I've checked out some of the newer comments on that one thing i have published and some posts/conversations (i have no idea what these are called) and oh BOI. Let's get a few things straight first and foremost. I started writing in english when i was like 13-14. I was just a lil shit trying to get through the difficulties of a life of a queer child and find some comfort in it. I've eventually found that comfort in reading low quality (not all of the times) wattpad stories and in the end writing a low quality wattpad story myself. Rereading my only published story (im no way in hell gonna call that a book) I've come across many mistakes (mostly grammar ones). Tbh, the plot is a fucking mess, the characters are shit and I couldn't keep a consistent feel to it. I mean, sure, what else is to be expected from a 14 years old, not native english speaker child who was having an identity crisis every 20 minutes? Despite all of these though, I'm kind of proud of it at the same time, cause having the guts to publish something and then going along with that thing for more than a year takes dedication. Dedication, which I've lost since then kek. I mostly do art now, as a hobby. Writing hasn't really been a passion to me for a while now, thanks to many unrelated reasons, which I'm not feeling like detailing. So yeah. TL;DR: I started writing when I was around 13-14. I'm 17 atm, heading towards 18.I'm not going to finish Try To Keep The Pace. And idk if I will ever write anything beside fanfiction (which are not posted on here). Despite everything, I'm thankful for everyone who came across my stuff and gave a shot to my sad excuse of a stroy haha. I hope you will all have an amazing day :D
