Chapter 2

Olivia's POV:

It's a guy! Gee Liv can't you distinguish between guys and walls now?

"Sorry, I didn't see where I was going," I rub my head and apologize.

I wait for an answer but don't get any. What I get is him staring into my eyes as if he is trying to look into my soul.

"Uh, hello." I say once again expecting a reply.

Do I get any? Nope.

Then suddenly he walks past me like nothing happened and if he wasn't just staring into my eyes for a whole minute straight.

"What in the world just happened?" I say out loud.

"I'm thinking the same thing Liv, maybe he got lost in those pretty green eyes of yours." she teases.

"What?" I laugh and we make our way to our first class.

Math.

How exciting. Not.

⏩⏩⏩Time skip⏩⏩⏩

Lex and I make our way to our lunch table.

Suddenly in the middle of our conversation, some random guy who I haven't seen before like ever came and covered Lex's eyes.

"Guess who?" The random person said.

I have no idea who the guy is but as soon as Lex heard his voice a glowing smile appeared on her face.

Huh. Weird. Now I know she is definitely not telling me something.

"James!!" Lex said and hugged him to death and I mean literally to death. Lex gives killer hugs. I can't remember how many times I've been squeezed to death!

"Calm down Lex!" This so called 'James' exclaimed.

"Sorry I got a little too excited," Lex apologies.

"Um hello, I'm here too you guys." I remind Lex and this so called 'James'.

You can tell I'm not already liking this person who has got Lex that excited.

"Liv meet James, remember I went over to my aunt's during summer? I met him there. He messaged me a week ago saying he's gonna shift here and might even come to our school." Lex told me.

"Oh so he's the reason you were so excited for today." I smirk.

"Oh shut up Liv. James meet Olivia, my sister from another mister," she introduces.

We continue eating and James tells us or rather me about himself because apparently Lex seems to know almost everything.

Hmm. Looks like someone has a crush.

In the middle of my thoughts I feel someone staring at me. I look around to see someone staring at me.

Can you guess who it is? I'll give you a couple of seconds.

Yup it's the same weird guy from morning who was staring into my eyes and is still staring.

What's his deal?

"Hey Lex, it's the guy from morning, he's staring at me again," I say.

"You mean that guy? That's William Anderson. I've heard that he moved here recently and no one seems to know anything about him. Some people even think he's deaf and mute!" Exclaims James.

"Oh shut up James. How did you even know all this, you've literally been here for a few hours!" Lex says.

"We shouldn't make assumptions about him," I say.

I turn around and see him again. Still staring into my eyes as if his have been captivated by mine.
