Eight~Winter pt.1

TWO MONTHS LATER

PHASE

"Hohoho" i voiced as i walked into my mothers house seeing her , my aunts and my grandmother laying around watching Family Feud

"Boy give yo momma a hug, look at you" my mom cooed as i reached down hugging her tightly then hugging everyone else.

"Merry Christmas to you and you and you" i said while handing each of them envelopes except my moms

"$500 dollars boy gon' on with yo bad self" my grandmother said as all three of them smiled and thank me.

I watched my moms give me stank ass look , i couldn't help but laugh" I don't now what the fuck i did to you nigga" she said upset as i laughed harder.

"Ma chill, yo gift comes on Christmas" i told her as she rolled her eyes

"Dominic , I remember when you had a little girl voice now your voice deep just like old man Frank" My aunt Nikki stated referring to my pops , as my mother looked at her and back at the tv.

My pops was a whole different story. He put my mother threw hell by being in and outta jail, cheating, beating her and through all that i looked up to him but as i got older i noticed his wrong doings and on my 14th birthday these men came busting in the doors looking for him and shot him down right in front if us.

"Where that gal you was crying ova?" My grandmother asked as i scrunched up my lips

"Grans don't be instigating , i aint cried over no female"

"You think you to good to cry over a female?" My aunt Silvia asked with an attitude.

"Nah, its just that I'm not in that chapter of my life yet" i answered her as she rolled her eyes shaking her head.

"You 23 boy when imma get some grandkids?" My moms asked.

"In a good 10 , 15 years" i lied to piss her off as she kissed her teeth.

"Boy forget you"she said

"When you moving to California?" Aunt Nikka asked

"In two months" i sighed as the door open and my brother came in packing his daughter.

JORJO,

"Girl why all these furniture trucks out here?"My aunt asked as my sister looked at me and smiled.

"Part one of ya'll Christmas gift is hone makeover, they painting the rooms and remodeling everything while i take yall out to the mega mall" i said as my sister and aunt hugged and kissed me .

After I got the twins dressed , I went into my sister room where she was in the bathroom crying.

"Why you crying?"i asked as she smiled.

"Because your my sister keeper, you raise my girls since they were in the womb , though we was broke you would spend your last dollar on them and that means alot and now a home makeover...damn"

"They deserver it, but these gifts don't matter what matters is our relationship and that i thank you for pushing me" i said hugging her. My sister was a hoe when we were younger, she only cared about her self but when she got pregnant she became a mother to me too, she pushed me through highschool and now college.

"Have you seen Phase?" She asked smiling as i shook my head no.

"I should call him " i said as i picked up my phone.

"Look" she demanded as she showed me a recent picture of him.

"Oh my fucking hell" i said in lust, that boy den grew up.

"Phase"his deep voice lingered through the phone instantly making me nervous but anxious to see him.

"Nice way to greet your best friend" i said smiling ear to ear.

"Damn stranger, wussup?" He says in shock.

"A lot but I'm back home for the holidays"i informed him

"Really yo? we should link tomorrow, you staying with da family?" He asked

"Fa'sho and yeah"

"Iight see you tomorrow Jo" he said as we said our byes before hanging up.

"He has a girlfriend" she says as she struggled to get her denim jeans on.

"Who cares" i said as i changed into an oversize knitted sweater that matched my boots.

"Still tryna match your big sus" she teased as we grabbed our purses walking out her room.

While the house was being done, We drove downtown to the Mega Mall where i spent racks on my Aunt Mae, My sister and the twins. I even decided to get my sus hair slayed just so we could go out to the club tonight and find her a man.

Once we maxed out a few of my cards we headed to this Chinese buffet and chilled out Before heading back to the remodeled house. When i open the door everyone was in tears and the twins were beyond excited behind their new rooms.

"Thank you sis"Jen thanked me as i shrugged with a smile.

"Since Aunt Mae moved out i gave the twins a longer room with their own bathroom and the guest room is your old room" i told her as she hugged me.

"Okay okay lets get ready for this club" she said as she wiped away her tears of joy.

I wore a long sleeve off the shoulders denim button down, denim jeans with my red bottoms and matching red lip stick. While Jen wore this cute long sleeve nude dress with a denim jacket and denim heels. Before we went out, we dropped the girl off at Aunt Maes house.

"That guy is watching you" i whispered to my sister as i danced along to the song playing as we stood by the bar.

"Where?"she curiously asked as faced her towards the guy before facing back so she wont look obvious.

"He's coming " i said as she got hella nervous i couldn't help but to laugh.

"Wussup baby?" He said to her as i looked at her my eyes reading "get you some then" as i walked off into the crowd dancing .
