Love Triangle Part 2 Calum

Love triangle part 2: Luke and Calum Imagine.

It's the same as the version where you chose Luke, but this time its Calum. I should of done it like this a long time ago, but I didn't. (I was a luke girl then and it wasn't fair to the girls you wanted to choose, so here.) 

Its been a week since your two best friends confessed they both love you more than a friend. For the past week, Luke and Calum have both been texting and calling you, but you just declined all calls and ignored all texts. Luke was just at your house today, trying to talk to you, but you told your mom to tell him you weren't home. You know its wrong to ignore them like that,but you just can't pick a boy. Luke is charming, sweet, caring, and funny in his own adorable way. Calum was stupid, cute, silent, and just someone who was really fun to be around.

Walking down the stairs, you walk into your kitchen to be met with your mom, who was busy making lunch. You sat down at the table and looked down at your phone. You only had four messages from Luke telling you to please call him. and for once this week, none from Calum. You sighed Setting your phone back down on the table.

"You do know you have to call Them both." Your mom spoke up as she washed her hands in the sink. "I'm not sure if I can," you mumbled, tapping your fingers on the table.

"You can't leave them hanging and not knowing what they did wrong. Plus, deep down, you know what boy you love the most," she smiled lightly at you. She was right—you couldn't leave them confused. If you wanted, you could just tell them you didn't like either of them.

You looked at the front room as someone knocking on the door startled you. Sighing, you jump off the chair and walk into the other room. Opening the door, you sighed. You should of known not to open the door. It was Luke standing there, his hands in his jeans pockets.

"(Y/N) Please don't shut the door on me," Luke babbled. "Just, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have told you I liked you. I'm sorry," Luke apologized.

"Don't be Luke; its fine. Its just so much to take in with you and Calum both liking me," you mumbled, glancing down at his feet. It was silent for a bit as you and Luke both stood there.

"If you like Calum, that's fine; I would love to still be friends with you," Luke said. You glanced up at him, his blue eyes filled with emotion. You felt bad that you put so much stress on him. Surprising yourself, you lunged forward and hugged him tight.

Luke He smiled down at you as you hugged him. It felt just right to hug Luke; he was your best friend. and you hate that you ignored him for so long.  You look up at his face as you hug him, and he smiles as he looks down at you. He knows your smile is sincere.

"Its Okay (Y/N)" i understand he mumbles that his heart is definitely Broken, but he can't fix the fact that you don't like him back

"I love you, Luke. i Really do love you, but Not the way you want me to." You sigh Breaking the hug and taking a step back to look at him. As you take a step back, you notice Calum standing behind him. Calum looked broken as he watched you and Luke. "Calum, wait!" you shout as he turns around, running down your driveway.

Your heart starts to race as you watch Calum run away. Luke looks down at you with sad eyes, but there was a glint in them. He sighs before telling you to go explain to Calum that you were letting him know you had no feelings for him and that you liked him. You quickly hugged before taking off down the street and yelling Calum's name.

"Calum, stop, it wasn't what you thought," you shout as it starts to rain. a summer storm making an appearance.  Calum stops running to look back at you. "You told him you loved him," Calum shouts. "I know I'm supposed to be happy for you, but I'm not," Calum adds, his hands shaking. "I want you; I want to spend days on end loving you.". Slowly, you walk towards him. The rain is coming down harder now. "Calum, I told him I loved him as a friend." Calum looks up from the ground, his eyes shining from tears, wanting to escape.  "I chose you stupid. I love you," a smile formed on his face.

Slowly, you warp your arms around him. Hugging Calum felt just right this time. You felt sparks as you held him close, enjoying his warmth. The rain pours down on the both of you as he looks down at you and inches closer to you. Both of your lips are connecting in a passionate kiss.  You were never a fan of the rain, but this kiss and this moment with Calum Your love made you love the rain.
