Arjun and Praneet greet a man who looked like a royal just like Arjun by his clothes.
"Yaar, kitne dino baad mil raha hain!", the man hugged Arjun enthusiastically.
Praneet hugged him as well.
Maharaja and Gayatri were passing by and stopped seeing the guest.
"Rana Jai !", Maharaj excitedly went forward to greet their guest.
"Maharaja!", Rana Jai Singh hugged him.
"Kaise hain aap?", Maharaja asked him patting on his back. "Aap to jaise humare mehel ka rasta bhul hi chuke hain.", he said settling on his throne in the living hall.
"Aisi koi baat nehi hain. Aap to jante hi hain kitne kaam hote hain... Bas busy rehta hu.", Rana Jai said sitting on one of the sofas.
"Rajasa, ye sab bas bahane hain. Agar Yuvraj ki shaadi nehi horahi hoti to shayad Rana sahab yaha padharte hi nehi. ", Praneet said sitting beside Jai. Arjun took seat on another sofa.
"Achchha yaad dilaya. Rajkumari Gayatri, jaiye aapki honi wali bhabisa ko bulake laiye.", Maharaja told his daughter, who nodded with a smile and went upstairs.
While the men gossiped, Gayatri walked downstairs with Tia.
"Rana Jai, ye hain humari hone wali bahu. Tia.", Maharaja introduced them.
Praneet, Arjun and Jai stood up from their seats as Tia and Gayatri reached there.
"Hi, hum Rana Jai Singh. Pathancot se.", Jai introduced himself, forwarding his hand for a handshake.
Tia stood frozen on her spot, staring at Jai. Everyone else looked from Tia to Jai to understand the reason for her freeze. Arjun went beside her and nudged her.
"Huh!", she snapped back to reality with jerk because of Arjun's nudge. He raised his eyebrow, questioning her about the sudden shock. "Sorry.", she looked down and took a deep breath closing her eyes to compose herself.
"Namaste.", she folded her hands together shooting a wide smile at Jai's direction.
Jai took back his hand reluctantly and did the same as her.
"Waise hum aapke hone wale pati, I mean Yuvraj Arjun ke bachpan ke dost bhi hain. I know all his dark secrets.", Jai said making everyone laugh and Tia gave a forced smile. "Innke bare mein kuch bhi janna ho to humse puchhiyega.", Jai said sitting back on the sofa.
Arjun looked at Tia curiously, trying to find the reason of her sudden weird behaviour.
"Aise kyun dekh rahe ho. Kahi... Mujhse pyaar-vyaar to nehi hogaya?", Tia whispered sarcastically and laughed silently to make the situation lighter.
Arjun changed his gaze from her to the others who were busy chatting. But his mind was curious.
Next day
Tia woke up from her peaceful slumber and went to the balcony attached to her room which overlooks the entire Goenka estate.
