chapter 11: broken trust

You felt so embarrassed in front of your coach, and what made even more angry at Kai, was that he didn't let you go, he kept holding you forcefully even when you tried to release yourself,

"what's going on here ?" your coach asked you both firmly,

"Kai let me go .." you said quietly but he didn't,

Jungkook noticed it so he walked to you angrily, "DIDN'T YOU HEAR HER ?!!" he yelled at Kai and harshly pulled you away from him, he hurt you but it wasn't the right time to care,

"I SAID WHAT'S GOING ON ?!" you were so scared because Kai was still like a teacher, and even though you were friends, it was still not allowed to have a romantic relationship with him,

"I'm not doing anything wrong !" Kai frowned and you wanted so bad to run away from there,

"what do you mean wrong ??! YOU CAN'T BE WITH YOUR STUDENT !!" your coach yelled again but Kai didn't seem to care, which made Jungkook want to beat the soul out of him,

You were there just watching them yelling at each other but you didn't want to say anything, you couldn't say a word,

'what will happen now ?' you were scared of what your coach will do about that, he's very strict, the least thing that can happen is that you will be temporarily excluded from school and Kai will be fired,

Tears threatened to roll down your cheeks but you couldn't even do that,

"she's YOUR student ! not mine !! and I'm just YOUR assistant not a teacher !!" Kai argued and your coach and Jungkook kept silent,

Kai was right, he's not a teacher, he's the coach's assistant and he doesn't have any teachers' right,

"coach ?" Jungkook spoke, he wished your coach could stop Kai but it seemed like he didn't have any argument,

"I don't want anything to happen in my office, NOR in this school, if you want to something, do it outside the gates, NOT here ! understand ?!" your coach threatened Kai,

Your feet felt like they were glued to the ground and when Jungkook left the office angrily, you started crying as if he was making you hold them, as if you just didn't want to cry in front of him,

You slowly bowed to your coach and walked away,

"y/n .." Kai called you softly and walked after you, "I'm sorry" he apologized when his hand reached your arm,

"leave me alone" you let out in a barely audible voice and stopped walking,

"y/n I'm sorry, don't worry, they won't do anything, they can't !" he tried to reassure you but you still felt embarrassed and you couldn't erase Jungkook's expression when he saw you with Kai, almost kissing,

"let me go ! and don't talk to me !" you raised your voice and you felt like slapping him,

"listen.. I know you were scared but I told you, they can't- " he was suddenly pulled away from you and when you looked up, Kai was already on the floor,

"I couldn't hold it... didn't I tell you to stay away from her .." Jungkook threatened and punched Kai's face again,

Before you could react, Kai stood up and was about to fight back but you stood between them,

"stop it ! both of you !"

"KIM JONGIN !" your couch's voice startled the three of you, he called Kai and waited for him to come to his office,
