Leia's POV

At the Rockyard Tavern (Bar Leia and Lilliana sing at)

I walk up to the Tavern's owner, Jakc. "Sup Jakc!" <<Pronounced just like Jack>>

"Hey Leia! Usual?"

"Nope. I need a Dizzy Berry. Hit me hard Jakc."

He looks at me knowingly, "Ruff life?"

I sigh, "You could say that."

He chuckles as he placed a large glass of Sprite and Strawberry Syrup. Normally called Shirly Temple, but mine has little blackberries in it. YUM!

I slowly sip on it as I look around the Tavern, "Kinda slow today Jk, what did you do?"

"It's not what I did, what did you do?"

I looked at him expectingly. "There is no music dancing out into the street to pull them in! That's what your not doing!"

I laugh and finish off the Dizzy Berry and walk behind the bar. "Well let me go get dressed, call Lilli and I start the magical dancing music that drags custumors in like Beautiful Sirens!! BWAHAHAH!"

Jakc just laughs and throws a towel at me. UH! HE'S LUCKY HE'S MY BOOSS! Lol. Just Kidding, I like him. He's nice.

I did what I said, then started to set up the stage.

"Hey LEIA! WHERE' LILLIANA?" Jakc yelled from across the Tavern.

"SHE'S RUNNING LATE! DON'T WORRY, I CAN DO IT BY MY SELF FOR A LITTLE WHILE!"

Jakc shook his head, smiling, and waved me on.

I pulled up the stool, sat down, fixed the microphone, and took a deep breath.

"I'm so tired of being here.

Suppressed by all my childish fears.

And if you have to leave.

I wish that you would just leave.

'Cause your presence still lingers here.

And it won't leave me alone.

These wounds won't seem to heal.

This pain is just too real.

There's just too much that time cannot erase.

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears.

When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears..

And I held your hand through all of these years.

But you still have.

You used to captivate me.

By your resonating light.

Now I'm bound by the life you left behind.

Your face it haunts.

My once pleasant dreams.

Your voice it chased away.

All the sanity in me.

These wounds won't seem to heal.

This pain is just too real" I open my eyes, smile slightly and breath again.

"There's just too much that time cannot erase.

I've tried so hard to tell myself that you're gone.

But though you're still with me.

I've been alone all along.

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears.

When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears.

And I held your hand through all of these years.

But you still have.

All of me."

I stand up and bow. I knew there would be more people in the Tavern but I didn't expect that many! Wow. Too many.

They all clapped and shouted praises. "Thank you! I'll be back in ten minutes with my partner Lilliana Grace!"

I jumped off the stage and walked over to the bar where Lilliana and Jakc were smiling at me. "That was really good Lay!"

I shove her shoulder, "Would have been better with you there, but NO!"

She blushes and grabs her coke. "So, what song are we singing next?"

I roll my eyes at her subject change but answer anyway, "Behind the Hazel Eyes, Kelly Clarkson."

"Ok, I can dig."

We both laugh, and we go get ready for the next song.
