Chapter 30

Ross's POV

I went to the supermarket with the kids to get them their food for school when I saw this beautiful girl in front of me with light brown hair and chocolate brown eyes.

"Hey." she said, smiling, tucking a piece of her hair behind her ear.

"H-Hey." I stuttered.

"My name is Jayy. My full name is Joceliyn but people call me Jayy. What about you?" she laughed.

"My name is Ross. Just Ross." I said.

She laughed, "Well nice to meet you Just Ross. You got a lot of kids there."

"Yeah. Do you have kids?" I asked.

"I have two boys and one girl. I was forced to marry a guy and we divorced after." Jayy explained.

"Well, I was forced to marry a girl and I loved her more and more as our relationship grew. She died exactly two years ago.....when she had her last baby, Ryan...." I said, choking.

"Don't cry." she cooed, hugging me.

"Daddy! Daddy!" Shor screamed.

"Yes Shor?" I said.

"Ryder won't give me my banana back!" he yelled.

"Ryder give Shor's banana back....now." I said, strictly.

She huffed and gave it to Shor, "Yes!"

"Ryder get your own banana, come on." I said.

She nodded guilty but then shrugged it off.

"Sorry." I kind of giggled.

"No, it's fine. I'll be going now. Want my number?" she asked.

"Yeah. Here." I said, passing my number.

"Thanks. Hope we can call each other soon." she smiled.

I smiled as a stampede of thoughts ran into my head.

'I think I'm in love again.'
