he sees you talking and laughing with another guy before the start of a lecture, he frowns and looks at his phone instead.
he'd had a crush on you since you first started your internship at google yet he could never find the courage to talk to you.
as he scrolled thoughtlessly through his social media accounts, he made a vow to himself that he'd talk to you the next time he saw you, and maybe even ask you on a date— it just so happened you sat next to him for the lecture, and he had to go for it.
clearing his throat, he turned to you, "uh, y/n?"
"yes?" you asked, turning towards him.
"i know this is sudden but do you have plans tonight? say... at seven?"
"i don't." you replied, smiling softly at the cute boy.
"great! uh— so dinner at 7?" stuart asked.
"sounds great, stuart." you smiled.
he smiled to himself before he realised you knew his name, and he couldn't stop himself from blushing slightly as he hid behind one of his text books.
