You are exhausted and you need rest. Yes, you need  sleep, but do not hibernate yourself on the bed and slumber more than you need. Though you are too exhausted  doing all your stuffs when you are awake, you think you  have all the reasons to bury yourself under your pillow. Too much sleep can lead you to a host of many medical problems that can compromise your health and happiness.

If you sleep  more than you need, it leads you to earlier death because of the possibility of you getting coronary heart disease, diabetes and obesity. There is no reason for you to sleep longer than what your body needs. Don't make sleep as your place to hide to avoid the challenges of life. Remember, if you sleep too much, you are  losing some of the most favorable chances and happiest moments you can embrace while you are catching the zzzzzzzzs!
