15. Mini Vacations

"Um... what's out here?" Was the first thing Sokka asked, scratching his head.

"A lot actually, there are lots of little–" Toph began saying right before Aang interrupted.

"Toph, I know you can see underneath the ground but don't ruin the surprise! Just watch!"

Aang began to play his flute and little gophers popped up and would, guess what.

Sing.

"Yeah!" Aang said happily "I'm putting an orchestra together." He keept playing and the gophers keeped singing until Sokka wanted to know the plan.

"We did make plans, we're all taking some mini vacations!" Toph told the brunette boy.

Sokka kept talking about how the war doesn't take mini vacations or something, but by then we were all on Appa's back, bored.

Even though I could hear with earth bending, I could only hear conversations. Sadly, I could not hear music.

Before long, Katara chose where to go on our mini vacation. Apparently, we were going to some block of ice of some sort.

Like I said, I wasn't paying attention.

During our flight, I started teaching Sokka, Katara and Aang sign language.

Toph already knew it, so she didn't even bother to listen to my teaching.

I've been using it a lot lately. Well, mostly when we flew, my reason being that I couldn't hear their conversations all the time. Consequently, I constantly had to read their lips, which was boring and tiring.

Hey guys, sorry it took so much time for me to post this. I have been really busy with school and stuff. Also guess what, I turned 16! My birthday was on Tuesday (January 16th). So it was also my golden birthday!
