Chapter Sixty One

Raffy already accepted the fact that he and Athena will not be spending their holidays together. Both families are starting to prepare for the holiday season and everyone is excited to their own holiday trip except Raffy.

Randel and Felicity met him at Narita International Airport and they went straight to the hotel where they will be staying until after New Year.

"What is our itinerary?" Raffy asked while they are on their way to their hotel

"I do not know? Kung ako ang masusunod mas gusto ko sa Manila magpasko. Wala naman tayong kilala dito" Randel replied

"Pero mas masarap magpasko sa New York Kuya" Felicity said teasing

"Don't start Ishi, wala akong balak magsaway sa inyong dalawa ni Raffy" Randel said

"I'm sorry Kuya, naninibago lang ako kasi sobrang tahimik itong si Raffy" Felicity said

"Hayaan mo na lang muna yan pagod sa byahe eh" Randel said

"Mas pagod kaya tayo kesa sa kanya, one and half hour na mas matagal ang byahe natin kesa sa kanya tapos naghintay pa tayo ng halos one hour" Felicity objected

"Then you should have go directly to the hotel para nakapagpahinga ka na. I can bring myself there kahit hindi ako sunduin ng hotel service" Raffy irritatingly said

"Stop it Raphael and Felicity, kung mag-aaway kayo, make sure nasa harap ni Dad para alam nya kung gaano kahirap na kasama kayong dalawa" Randel said which makes his siblings shut up.

Raffy chooses just to have a chat conversation with Athena to avoid another possible argument with Felicity while his sister prefers to take a nap that she has long for in their entire trip.

"Are you ready for your flight tomorrow?" he wrote.

After a few minute Athena replied "All set, medyo marami bagahe ko because of the winter clothes"

"What are you doing?"

"Chillin, I will go to Mrs Horn in an hour, sayang ang sweldo"

"Para talagang ang tindi ng pangangailangan mo eh, you could have just stayed home and rest"

"I know but I want to do it, naiinip ako sa bahay eh. I'll go home after three hours"

"Mahabang byahe din ang Germany to New York, almost nine hours din yun"

"I'll just sleep in the plane"

"Maybe you could request Mr. Horn to drive you to the airport tomorrow"

"No need, dadaan kami nila Tito Efraim dito sa apartment ko"

"Kami? Who's kami?"

"Emily and Enzo will sleepover here tonight"

"Why are they sleeping over in your apartment?"

"Medyo maliit yung place dun sa relative ni Tita Jessica, so Dad offered them my place"

"Don't be mad please? You know I cannot say no to Dad, he pays for my rent"

"We are here na sa hotel, I'll just talk to you later"

"Is my knight in shinning armour upset?"

"I'm fine your majesty, I'll just talk to you later after your work"

"Say hello to Mrs. Horn from me"

"I need to go, bye for now and take care"

"Alright, have a great time in Japan, I love you"
