Chapter Five

Ashley gets so surprised when Athena turned down her invitation to review together for their exam the next day. Usually it was Athena who always initiate that they do their review together.

"Are you alright Theena? You seem in a hurry" Ashley worriedly asked

"Ok lang ako Ash, I just need to go home" Athena replied

"Are you sure? Are you sick? Medyo pale kang ngang tingnan ngayon. Nasobrahan ka yata sa research work. Gusto mo ba samahan muna kita sa apartment mo. I can call Lennard, I'm sure he will understand if I stay with you tonight" Ashley offered

"No need Ash, thank you for your concern. Maybe you are right nasobrahan siguro ako sa research work. I was not able to sleep well last night so maybe I'll just sleep this off. I was able to finish my research and review anyway. I think I'm ready for tomorrow's exam" Athena replied

"Ok, if you say so. But call me if you need me" Ashley said

"I will. Relax Ash, I am perfectly fine" Athena said "'Got to go now. Say hello to Lennard from me. See you tomorrow" she added before she hurried home.

She gets a quick kiss and a tight hug from Raffy as soon as she steps in her apartment. "I missed you, your majesty. Magpahinga ka muna, you look so tired. Nakakapagod ba sa school? I already cooked the beef steak that you requested. I'll cook the rice later, just let me know kung gusto mo nang kumain" he said

Athena sat on the couch and rested her head "How are you? What did you do the whole day?" she asked

Raffy started massaging Athena's head then he replied. "I already do the grocery. I cleaned the house and worked on some stuff for my MBA while I do the laundry"

Athena laugh as she hears Raffy did all the chores that she planned to do before her whole family arrives. But suddenly her eyes widen and she immediately runs to the laundry area where she saw all her clothes in her laundry basket already hanging to dry including her underwears.

"Raphael!!!" She shouted "Anong ginawa mo?" she exclaimed

"Naglaba lang ako your majesty, bakit ka nasisisigaw dyan" Raffy replied

Athena is almost crying when she says "Nakakainis ka bakit pati yung mga ano ko nilabhan mo"

"Anong ano mo?" Raffy asked pretending that he does not know what Athena is talking about.

"Maang-maangan talaga?" Athena said

"Alangan namang iwan ko pa yung mga yun" Raffy said smiling "Bakit ka ba nagpapanic?"

"How dare you wash my undies? Nakakainis ka naman eh" Athena said while she stomps her feet

"What's wrong with that?" Raffy asked smiling.

"I hate you" she said and walks in her room while Raffy was left in the sala smiling. He chooses to leave Athena alone and continue doing stuff for his MBA.

After almost two hours, Athena is still in her room and Raffy begins to be worried that Athena got mad at him. He walks to her door and knocks. After several knock, Athena has not open her door so he decided to open it and check on her. He found her comfortably asleep in her bed. He slowly walks to her bed, he is very careful not to wake her up. He stares at her and began to stroke her hair after a while.

"Even if you're asleep, you never failed to take my breath away your majesty. I love you so much" he whispered and was not able to resist kissing her forehead.
