"No, I don't want to." Nash's face lightens somehow and he looks back at me once again with those breathtaking pair of gorgeous blue eyes.

"I wanna know and figure out what happened. Did you sleep in here...with me?" I ask him and he pauses for a few seconds and finally he nods.

"I was going to sleep in the guest room." He defends as I furrow my brows slightly in confusion.

"Why didn't you?" I'm nearly snapping at him now.

"Because you asked me to stay with you." I pause for a moment, now much more interested in every detail of last night.

"What?" I act in confusion, unsure of what he's bound to say next.

"I came back in here, just to check on you and make sure you were okay, and I thought you were asleep. So I was going to try to go to bed and as I was about to walk out, you called my name. You told me you didn't want to be alone, so I stayed. I thought about possibly getting up and going to the guest bedroom once you fell asleep, but I fell asleep too."

I pause for a moment and think back to it, unable to remember much of late last night.

Nash's POV

*flashback to the night before*

I fiddle with my keys a bit as I hold Gabby in my arms and attempt to unlock my house door. I manage to insert it into the key hole before twisting it, and pushing on the door with my foot.

I walk into my fairly dark living room and toss my keys on the couch before shutting the door behind me.

I kick my shoes off and hold her supportively as I make my way up my stairs, and try to manouver her around carefuly.

I gently lay her down on my bed, and notice her appereance.

She had definitely had a lot to drink tonight and her clothes show it.

I quickly walk over to my dresser and shuffle around through several drawers until finding Gabby's favorite comfy outfit—one of my t-shirts and basketball shorts.

I walk back over to her and am careful, gently trying to wake her up in hopes she can change herself.

I frowned at the thought of having to undress Gabby, but I began undressing her in the most respectful way possible, keeping her under garments on.

I carefully hold the back of her head in my hand as I pull my shirt over her head.

I go downstairs and grab a water from the fridge and grabbing a wet washcloth before returning upstairs to see Gabby laying comfortably in my bed.

I lay the cold bottle down on my nightstand, before sitting next to Gabby's side and looking at her, as I gently wipe the makeup off her face.

I remember how much she hates waking up in the morning with a full face of makeup.

I set the wash cloth on the nightstand after removing her makeup.

She's beautiful, innocent, like a gorgeous angel.

I get up and make my way to my bathroom, rinsing my face and brushing my teeth. I walk back to my room and grab some of my pajama pants from my droors.

I sling my shirt off, throwing it to the floor, along with my jeans and just as I pull on my pajama pants, I hear my bedsheets shuffle abit and I turn to Gabby in my bed. Her eyes are closed and she looks fast asleep.

I turn to the door, about to walk out to the Guest bedroom when...

"Nash?" Her soft and calm voice is barely audible but just enough that I can hear her.

I turn my head to her.

"Sorry if I woke you up, I was going to the guest bedroom" I tell her as our eyes meet.

"Stay with me." She whispers and I stand still, unsure of what to do.

"I don't want to be alone." She explains and I pause for a moment.

I finally say "Okay," and walk over to my bed, gently sliding into my side of the bed under the sheets and lay next to her.

A few moments pass before I feel Gabby move, feeling her breathe on me as she slowly lays her head down on my chest. Feeling her warmth on me is an old but new feeling, one Im not used to.

I forgot what it felt like, to hold her, but in the right way.
