In case you didn't got how Ana got pregnant, here's an explanation. (This is the edited story)
Remember when she said they traveled around Philippines? Of course Kai and Ana had their own room so you know what happened. After some months of travelling, Ana felt sick and went to the doctor by herself. She managed to hid their baby for 9 months. It is not obvious cuz she got a small bump (yes, some girls have small bumps when pregnant).
She decided to announce it on their wedding when Kai proposed. But unfortunately... she didn't make it.
