Y/N POV

It's been three weeks since Luna was discharged. She's at home with Sean, I have to stay at the hospital with Sky. They've conducted more tests that I can count. Her breathing hadn't gotten better so they decided to replace her lungs, and still her breathing is horrible, they don't know what is it so they're checking for, god, for cancer. My family is extremely healthy and Sean doesn't really have the cancer gene so what could it be? God, I wish they could just read minds and tell the future, and, I wish the doctors could do everything! Goddamit!

I slam my journal down on the table, and look over at Sky. God, do I love her, but, I don't know.
"Um, Y/N you have a visitor." Nurse Kayla says bring this mystery person in. I didn't invite anyone to my room.
"Hi, love." I see Sean holding Luna and walking into my room.
"Sean!" I say getting up and and kissing him. I look down at Luna and give her a kiss on the head. She's wearing a pink sweater over her pink pyjama bottoms. Sean gives me Luna and I rock her back and forth.
"I missed you, both of you so much." I say looking up at both of them. Dr.Kaine walks in to the room and smiles at us.
"Good morning, Y/N, I see your husband came with Luna." I nod and he smiles. He does a quick check up on Sky. He walks back over to us.
"We do believe that you will be able to bring Sky home we just want to conduct some final tests and then will see." He says I nod as he rolls Sky off.
"We could go home today!" I say hugging Luna and Sean. I no longer have to wear a hospital gown because I am no longer a paient here so I didn't have to change or do anything except wait. for Dr.Kaine and Sky. After about 20 minutes they come back with Sky.
"We are going to attach a nasal cannula to Sky     with a smaller oxygen tank that will be small enough to fit in a school back pack. You will have to support her at all times. The oxygen tank and nasal cannula will get bigger as she ages, you will want to get a new tank of oxygen when it says low oxygen. Not empty but low. You will have to change her nasal cannula every 6 months until she is 18, then every year." I nod and he attaches the the nasal cannula to her gives me Sky. The first time I get to hold her. I smile down at her and give her a kiss ont the head.
"We have a back pack that you put the oxygen tank." He says putting the oxygen tank in it. I throw it on my back and carry and Sky in my arms. We get discharged and leave the hospital. Yay! Finally we can be a whole happy family!
