Shawn's P.O.V

Walking with Y/N into the entrance of the corn maze she gripped my hand tight.

"Don't be scared babe! I'll protect you don't worry" I smiled at her.

"I know Shawn but i've told you a million times that I don't like scary things and people jumping out at me remember?" She said.

I just shook my head and pulled her into my side. Paying for our tickets we started on our journey through the "haunted" corn maze.

Walking in it wasn't so bad so far. I could only hear a few screams here and there. So far so good!

Y/N P.O.V

I honestly cannot believe Shawn talked me into this. I get it, it's cute because it's close to halloween. But like why a haunted corn maze. This is literally a heart attack just waiting to happen.

Walking into the entrance of the maze with Shawn I pushed myself closer to him. He wrapped an arm around me and kept me close to him. His warm embrace wasn't helping much.

"Shawn why can't we just turn around and go home?"

"Because Y/N nothing is going to happen as long as i'm here w-"

his words got cut off because something jumped out of the corn stalks. I watched as Shawn's face went to one of bravery to one of shock. Pulling out my phone I started recording him because he screamed so loud and basically fell on the floor.

"Who's scared now?" I asked.

"shut up Y/N! This isn't funny" he said.

"Your right it's not funny. It's hilarious and amazing" I laughed.

"ha ha so funny" Shawn said.

Walking through the rest of the corn maze I couldn't stop laughing every time someone popped out and scared the shit out of Shawn.

When we were walking back to the car I watched as he checked behind and around him like ever second. Poor boy I think he's traumatized.
