Fan, but not a fan

Chapter 7

Feeling great. I just know I'll kill it today. Wearing my red outfit with red leather jacket and black short heel boots. Just about out the door, not stoping long for breakfast but toast and tea when gating my lunch. I did so, mom stops me and says, "Wow, I see your in a rush today. I wonder why? wait let me guess, dance try outs?"

"Yep got that right. So I'll be a little late for there after school."

"K, hun. Good luck, even if I know your get on the team."

"Oh mom, I don't know yet. Yes I hope so. See ya latter." I say

Just about totally out, but this time I get stopped by Olivia, giving me a hug. Thinking to my self, wow this is rare. Oh what am I kidding, I should just be in the moment. Olivia saying, "Good luck sis. Even if I don't show it. I'm happy for you. Hope just like mom you make the team."

"Oh thanks sis. I really should get going now."

"Oh, sorry. I just had to wish you good luck. Have fun at school Jane."

"I'll try sis, till after." Then I really went. Having nothing stop me this time, but me thinking of Jay, along the way. Mostly dance though. I smell the flowers around me with the crisp air touching my smooth pail face. Making my cheeks turn little rose tint, skipping to the beat. Getting to school not wanting to go to class. wanting them to be over so dance try outs are now. Oh well, got to do classes or no dance. At least I got people to make my day fun till then. I head to my locker. opening taking some things out wile putting in. Checking I look good in my mire, being a goof. I then feel someones arms around me, wondering who for sec. Then of cores it was Jay. I turn around looking right into his eyes. Making me melt ones again. Thinking I have something to tell him, but right then I forget what it is, saying "Hey you. What you doing here?"

Jay says, "We'll let's see. I go to school here and the way you looked over here. I couldn't help but come over giving you a morning hug."

"Why, I'm glad you did. You know how to make a girls day."

"I guess I do, instead of before."

"I see the forth times the charm."

"Wow 3 till good. At least didn't take million or something. Well if it did it be all worth it. At least I still get to see that model face of yours."

Right then the red in my cheeks came back and this time brighter. "Oh, so you think I look like a model now."

"Of cores you do. Everyone has there inner beauty as well as out. Even if fat."

Trying to hide my face as it worms up. "Oh stop it. I bet if I wasn't skinny you wouldn't even give any knottiest."

He moves my hands away from my face. Showing my cheeks ones again. "I see, I made you blush."

Wiping my cheeks I say in nervous voice. "Oh that, that's just my makeup."

"No it's not. You didn't have red cheeks when I first came over."

"Ok you got me." Saying with my head down. Leaning on my locker. Right when I do, instead I miss staring to slide to the floor. Feeling I'm about to hit the floor, but Jay like a lighting bolt caches me. saying, "Wow should be more carful."

"My ba......." Just about to say something when the poplar girls come by. There leader Lin saying, "Oh my what a clots you are. I see thats the only way you can get a guy near you. I bet he felt bad, so he cot you. I know no guy in his right mind would like you." Stops a sec putting her hand to her head. Then says, "Ya just like the last guy you liked. So I see you stoop even lower now so you can at least feel a guys arms. How pathetic, right girls."
