Claws tearing through flesh and
sand paper dress
wrap around like a shield
protect
that body, but not too much
show little skin
but enough so that
they see you are not hollow
all the way in
your eyes
that absorb
influence
poison is
fashion and insults ;
popularity
voice your opinion
but only if we agree
welcome darling,
welcome to society.
