"Half of my heart is in Havana, ooh-na-na
He took me back to East Atlanta, na-na-na
All of my heart is in Havana
There's somethin' 'bout his manners
Havana, ooh na-na" - Camila Cabello

It was Camila's first day in the studio since Fifth Harmony. The girls were all planning a trip to Havana, Cuba. It was a trip management set up to make sure they all got along.

Camila was putting her finishing touches on I Have Questions and Crying In The Club. Those were her first two singles she was going to release and to say she was excited was an understatement.

The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving was her journey from a shy and insecure 16 year-old to a sexy, confident 20 year-old.

The Hurting.

Camila had never felt so much hate towards herself ever. She felt alone and scared. She was afraid to be herself, fearing that the world would criticize her every move and break her down piece by piece. That was inevitable though because in the end, people still targeted her and went after her every move. It only got worse after I Know What You Did Last Summer. The real hate began there. Not only from her so called "fans", but her friends, family, her band members, and management. All she wanted to do was take back the day she stepped on the X-Factor stage. She wondered how different and how'd happy she'd be if it never happened. She lost herself and the meaning of life in this stage.

The Healing

However, the cycle continues with or without you. Camila realized you can only hit rock bottom before things start looking up. Things will always get better no matter what situation you manage to get yourself into. Camila was at rock bottom looking up at the light that shined above her. At this moment, she was glad she hadn't taken her joyous life. She knew she had to cherish every moment she had. What only kills you makes you stronger was once said by a legend. At that moment, she made a wise decision that was going to help her in the long run. She'd have to leave even if it costed her best friends. She didn't want to go back to that place.

The Loving

After having a taste of nothing, but bitterness and sorriness she wanted to feel the passion and love she once felt. Camila didn't want to be filled with self-hatred anymore. It was time for her to spread the love that was once given to her. Through her album, she was going to share her story. How she lost and found herself. She wanted everyone out there that faced the same thing as her to know that they're not alone and that it's not over. It'll never be over. Together everyone was brave, honest, and beautiful.

Camila opened her eyes after finishing her verse in I Have Questions. She once again got lost in the music and the purpose as to why she was doing this. No matter what she knew to stay true to herself.

"That was great Camila. We're done for the day." Her producer said.

Camila smiled and took off her headsets, ruffling her hair to make it not look as messy. She missed the studio. She missed belting out lyrics into the microphone and she definitely missed sitting in the corner of the room writing her lyrics.

As everyone left the room, Camila stayed back looking around the room. This is the also the room that many Fifth Harmony recordings happening. It was no coincidence, they wanted her to tap into her feelings for these songs.

She walked over the the picture on the wall where they first visited Havana. It was an awesome experience were many firsts happened. Their bonds and love grew stronger as they become sisters and some became lovers. That's why management wanted them to go back to Havana.
