I wake up in the middle of the night and look over my shoulder to see Todd sound asleep, I quietly try to get up when I feel a hand gripping my wrist.
"Where are you going?" Todd asks with his voice low and tired
"To the washroom, let go pleeaseee" I sing smiling even though I'm slightly annoyed, Todd has been very protective and clingy since the incident. I love him and all but I can barely leave the house without him anymore.
He releases my wrist and I continue to make my way to the bathroom
"Hurry back my love" he whines "the beds already getting colddd"
I go to the washroom and head back into the room and look at Todd wrapped up in the blankets. I smile and curl back in beside him feeling him arms wrapped around me.
-skip to the following morning-
I wake up in the morning with Todd's firm grip still wrapped around me. I can tell he's still asleep by his slight snoring that I find adorable.
I lean over and grab my phone off of the bed side table and open my group chat where the girls are spamming me

I get up out of Todd's bed and stretch my arms and sitting back down beside Todd on the bed, I kiss his lips causing him to wake up and kiss me back. I pull away and smile at him as his sparkling brown eyes admire my messy hair.
"I'm going to shower and get ready" I tell him as I get up from his bed
"Okay Mads, I love you" he responds with a smile spreading across his face
"I love you too" I whisper back leaving the room
After I shower I get dressed in my light blue high waisted shorts and put on a white crop too and my gold necklace that says 'Madeline', my parents gave it to me on my 21st birthday before the accident.
I head out into the kitchen to see Kristen dancing around to catch & release by Matt Simons. I let out a giggle causing her to turn around and freeze out of embarrassment until I start dancing along. Kristen and I giggle and dance while making breakfast.
"What time are we leaving to go bowling?" I ask Kristen as we sit down at the table to eat
"Bowling? Who's going bowling?" I hear Todd say from behind me
I turn my body towards to him "me, Kristen, Liza & Gabbie"
"You're not going" he says staring me down making me feel small before walking back into his room
I look back at Kristen who gives me a sympathetic look and I force a smile
"We going in 30 mins" she whispers "if you can't come it's okay"
I nod at her as I stand up heading towards Todd's room
I walking in and he's sitting on the edge of his bed, he looks up at me as I walk in and smiles at me.
"Don't smile at me like that" I scoff as I roll my eyes and fold my arms, he frowns at my action.
"Why are you in a bad mood?" He asks
"Because Todd I've been stuck in your room for like the past month and I want to go out with my friend to enjoy myself and live a little and you won't let me!" I grouch rolling my eyes once again
"I just think that you should stay out of danger that's all. What if you meet another guy while your out and forget about me?" he says standing up from his bed
"Stop acting like your my mom or doctor. Stop treating me like I'm made out of glass and like I'm going to break any second!" I shout and he backs away a little
"I'm just worried about you, okay? I want to take care of you" he says getting closer and grabbing my hands
"Ya you're trying to fix me but you can't fix me okay? I don't need to be fixed because this is who I am. You don't need to be so jealous all the time because all I want is you!" I yell blinking back my tears
"I'm not.....trying to fix you, Mads. I'm trying to love you" he says but his sappy eyes aren't making me stay home again, not tonight.
"Bullshit" I spat as I pulled my hands from his and turning around making my way out of his room.
I see Kristen waiting for me in the car outside so I leave the house slamming the door behind me. Todd and I have never fought but today was just a lot and I don't know how this is going to work out.
Liza, Kristen, Gabbie and I get to the bowling alley and it's glow in the dark, while we're walking in I see my old friend Colton. We asked Colton if he wanted to bowl with us because he seemed lonely.
I posted this Snapchat of Colton on my story after he almost got a strike because his face was priceless... then Todd snap chatted me

I shut off my phone for the rest of the night because I'm not letting Todd ruin my first night out in a month.
