"It came!" (Y/n) squealed as she showed her mom the letter," I wonder if I got accepted or not, I mean I stopped in the exam to help out Mei who was about to be crushed but I hope I have enough points to at least get into class b." There she went again, her habit of rambling gets worse when she's nervous.
"(Y/n) just open your letter. I know I'll be proud of you no matter what happens, I know your father would have been very proud of you for helping that girl instead of leaving her!" Her mom exclaimed, hugging her daughter.
"Thank you mom," (Y/n) smiled sincerely at her. She started at the letter for a moment before slowly opening it. Peeking into the envelope, she took out a small circular object. She put it down, causing a projection of All Might Appearing.
"YOUNG (Y/N)!" He boomed," YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED INTO UA HIGH! With your points you came out as number five! You might be wondering how, and that is because you earned hero points for saving fellow student Mei Hatsume! I am looking forward to seeing you in class 1-A!"
Kitagawa squealed in excitement, her daughter got into UA! (Y/n) fell to the floor in shock as her mom hugged her, cheering," You got in, you're gonna be a hero!"
"I'm going to become a hero," (Y/n) muttered, happy tears flowing freely from her eyes," I have to tell Mezo-Kun!"
"Invite him over we can celebrate!" Kitagawa cheered happily as she helped (Y/n) up.
(Y/n) pulled out her phone and went to her contacts. She waited patiently as the phone rang.
"(Y/n)?" Mezo's voice cut through her thoughts.
"MEZO I GOT INTO UA!" She screamed happily.
"I told you that you would," He told her," Also I might be going deaf because of you."
"Sorry Mezo, anyway, my mom asked if you wanted to come over. We need to celebrate," (Y/n) smiled, although the boy couldn't see her," Wait! Did you get into UA? I was so excited I didn't even ask you!"
"I got into class 1-A," She heard the boy say as he locked his door," What about you?"
"We're going to be in the same class loser!" She exclaimed," I can't wait, I have a feeling this year is going to be good. Weird but good."
"You're always weird," Mezo teased the girl," I'm here let me in."
"I'll be there in a second," She pressed 'end call' as she made her way to the front door.
"Mom, Mezo's here," (Y/n) called out to Kitagawa.
"Well? Open the door," Her mom sighed at (Y/n), taking out her camera.
"Okay okay," (Y/n) opened the door and flung herself at Mezo," WE GOT INTO UA!!"
He caught her and hugged her back tightly," I knew we would."

"WOAH! You're so cool," A kid exclaimed as he looked at Mezo.
"I know right he's amazing," (Y/n) smiled at the kid while Mezo awkwardly stood there.
"Are you guys heroes?" He exclaimed, a light in his eyes.
"We're going to start training to be heroes soon!" (Y/n) exclaimed happily," Are you going to be a hero too?"
"Of course I am!" He said in a 'duh' voice.
"Natsu let's go back," A blonde haired girl called the young boy.
"I'm coming Lucy," He called back," Bye Heroes!" He ran to the blonde girl and they started giggling.
"Ahh young love," (Y/n) smiled at the two kids," Remember when we were little and we were like them? Except I was the one always running off and you had to come and get me!"
"Of course I remember," Mezo laughed as she pouted," People always stopped and stared, the mutant with six arms and the small girl with the bunny."
"Well it was an odd sight," (Y/n) agreed," I guess we're still like that. I'm still short..."
"You're going to be the shortest in our class!" Mezo teased the (h/c) haired girl.
"And you'll be the tallest like always," (Y/n) replied," I guess opposites really do attract."
"Maybe?" He shrugged and ruffled her hair.
"Stop messing up my hair," She hissed at him," Just because you're tall doesn't mean you can do this!"
"You're just mad because you spent so much time fixing it," He joked," I didn't mess it up THAT much."
"Ugh," (Y/n) straightened her (h/l) hair," It's the first day impressions matter!"
She turned around and started walking backwards to face Mezo," Besides your hair is always-" She was cut off as she tripped and started to fall backwards. She closed her eyes for impact before opening them when she landed in a pair of arms.
"Hey I think you're falling for me!" A red headed male laughed as he helped her stand up strait," Maybe you need help walking?"
Mezo rolled his eyes at the boy as (Y/n) awkwardly smiled.
"Yeah thanks for that," (Y/n) shot fingerguns at him as the trio entered UA.
"I gotta go I'm Kirishima in class 1-A!" He exclaimed before running off.
"At least we know one classmate?" (Y/n) tried to find the bright side for the two of them," Let's go I don't wanna be late."
"We have ten minutes," Mezo laughed," You're such a loser."
"Haha I'm the loser? Who was the one who got their arm stuck in-" (Y/n) was interrupted by him putting his hand over her mouth.
"Let's not talk about that," He whispered to her," Let's go."
He started to walk, dragging her along with him.
They stopped in front of the door. (Y/n) looked at him," Are you ready? This starts a new adventure."
"I think we're ready for a new adventure," He nodded," Besides, now we can use our quirks."
