I quickly pull out my cellphone as I head out of the parking lot, and dial Hayes' number.

"Hello?"

"Hey, look I was able to find a bondsman for Nash. They paid over half of the amount and I paid the rest."

"Are you serious Gabby? Well I mean you'll have to see him when you pick him up."

"No, I need you to do that. I'm going to go do a few things, it's barely six, and thankfully I made it before the courthouse closed." Hayes groans loudly annoyed and I take a deep breath as he does.

"Okay fine. What time?" I pull out of the parking lot and turn to go back home.

"Not certain yet but I'll let you know. Supposed to be a few hours because of processing, but I'll call you when they call me."

"Okay."

Nash's POV

"Okay, Mr. Grier you're free to go."

Without hesitation I turn and head out of the entrance of the main office, and look forward toward's Hayes' car as he awaits in the driver's side.

I greet him with a small smile through the window and I hear her unlock the doors before I proceed to get in the car.

"Hey." He sighs and waits for me to put on my seatbelt.

"Thanks for bailing me out and picking me up." I smile and he looks at me a little surprised.

"What?" I furrow my brows at him as he pulls out of the parking lot.

"I didn't bail you out. Gabby did." I stare at the path in front of us shocked in disbelief by the information.

"She didn't talk to me. How'd she know?" I ask curiously.

"Jess told her." He says honestly and I continue to question him.

Gabby bailed me out, and instead of her picking me up, she gets Hayes to? Not to mention she's not spoken a word to me in months.

Hayes seems almost irritated with me as we talk, he answers me shortly.

"How is she?"

"She's really good. She's majoring in English Lit."

I'm shocked at his information, in a good way. She's getting her life together.

"You can't keep doing this Nash. You're lucky they even gave you a bond. You broke his nose." I sigh at him annoyed, and I attempt to rub my face before wincing at the pain, because of some of the cuts and bruises.

"Everyone is worried about you. Addiction is a disease, and you really need some help."

"Hayes. I'm not an addict."

"Gettin drunk and starting street fights isn't okay. And you're lucky you weren't  caught the other times."

"How do you know about the others?" I get upset with him.

"I know a lot of people."

"You don't have a say in what I do."

"Don't get mad at me for being right. You know deep down that it's the truth."

"You're worse than mom."

"I found a Zanex in your couch!" He yells.

"Shutup!" I raise my voice as my blood boils.

"Damn it, Nash!" He punches the steering wheel, and begins to speed.

Before I know it, we're at my house and Hayes quickly parks.

"I'm done. Don't call. Don't come over. You push me away and get pissed at me. I don't know what else I can do for you Nash. But I don't care anymore. I hoped your ass would learn a lesson but you haven't learned anything."

I quickly get out and slam the door without replying as I feel like beating the crap out of him.
