It was one of those days when I'll have to eat alone because Chaerin has a class and the other three is nowhere to be found.

I sighed and walked in the canteen to buy my lunch and then started to find a table to quickly eat, you know.. to get the loneliness over with.

"Taehyung oppa! Sit with us!"

"Taehyung-ssi! Here!"

"Omooo he has no where to sit... OPPA I'M HERE!"

I didn't want to sit at just anywhere because it would be... well, uncomfortable so I just ignored their comments and walked through the cafeteria holding my tray finding the perfect table to eat on.

When I reached the end of the canteen I breathed deeply whilst I looked around and then she caught my eye.

"Jisoo-ssi!" I called out but she didn't turn her head to look instead she just continued on with her food.

"What is with them? Of all people he has to sit with her?"

"Whats wrong with her? She's
beautiful."

"Yeah but she's a freak! She doesnt speak that much and she has been studying here for a long time and no one ever heard her voice nor seen ann expression on her face other than nothing!"

"You dont know her it may be just exaggerated rumors."

"Whatever Doyoung."

I tuned out their murmurs and sat in front of her. She just looked at me expressionless and started eating again.

Well at least she didn't walk out on me again, I'm pretty content with that.

"Here's your handkerchief... I tried to wash the writings off but it was hopeless." I said and pulled out her handkerchief and placed it beside her hand.

She looked at it before pushing it towards me.

"I didn't actually cry you know so I didn't really need it." She arched an eyebrow at my statement like she was in doubt but she just proceeded eating.

"You know we should stop meeting like this." I said and laughed a little before continuinung.

"---you know, like we always return things to each othe when we meet." I said with a casual smile but she just ignored it...

As usual. Well this is awkward, whatever just eat your food, Taehyung.

I ate while glancing at her from time to time.

Later on she finished eating and she pulled out her phone--- wait she has a new one already? Well I guess she doesn't have financial issues.

"You won't take your handkerchief?" She glanced at it and shifted her glance to me before returning her attention to her phone.

"You really won't?" I asked again before she slowly shook her head whilst her gaze was still on her phone.

"Okay I'll take it then... it would be a waste if i just leave it here-"

"Hey freak. What spell did you put on Taehyung, huh?" A blonde said on our side asked. Jisoo didn't mind her instead she was still fiddling with her phone.

God, what's their problem nowadays? Do I belong to them that I can't make friends now?

Unbelievable. They act like I'm such a great deal.

"Taehyung oppa... did she threaten you to eat with her?"

"What? No!" I said and she looked devastated, with her dramatic gasp.

The stupidity?

"I knew it! Did she cast a spell on you? Blink twice if its a yes." She said and I couldnt just help but chuckle at her silly accusations. I saw Jisoo looking at me unbelievably, like she was holding in her laugh too.

"Hey! What did you do to oppa?!" Jisoo who was suprised at the sudden rise of tone in her voice, flinched and she immediately looked at her.

"And oh you have a new phone now huh." She said and tossed her phone away to the floor.

Okay, this is enough.

"What is your problem?" I asked and the girl gripped unto my shoulders.

"Taehyung sunbae, please wake up!"

"You're insane, get off." I remarked and pushed her away.

"As for you- Hey!" She got cut off when Jisoo grabbed her phone and simply dropped it to the floor and crushed it with her foot.

Woah. That was...intense and new .

She closed her eyes, obviously frustrated before sighing and walking out of the scene, this girl just made.

"That witch! Did she know that I put my blood sweat and tears in that just to buy that phone?!" I smirked before standing up and tucking my hands into my pockets.

"Well the stupid shit you do just always comes back to bite you in the ass, I'm not wrong." I retorted and she just walked away with tears wanting to come out from her eyes.

I ran out of the cafeteria and I saw her washing her hands in a nearby sink

"Jisoo-ssi!" I called out and she just ignored it as usual and walked away but I ran after her and when I got to reach her I turned her to face me and when she did she was just again wearing a bland expression on her face

"Can we be friends? I'm Kim Taehyung." I genuinely said and handed out my hand for a handshake, she looked at it and me and at it again and at me. I flinched when she held my hand and raised it a little and I was more suprised when she...high fived it? I was really suprised that I didn't got to ran after her and ask her why she did that.
