A/N: So, this chapter is dedicated to one of my friends that I had met ages ago. (Not really ages ago.) Yesterday was her bday, so wish her a happy bday. ^-^/ She promised that she would be coming back onto watt today but that hasn't happened yet...

I flicked my eyes this way and that, my whole body tense. The tranq gun was in my hands and pointed at the ground. I had rescued six people so far and hadn't seen any guards. I didn't like it one bit. I had no idea what they were planning, and I hoped that I would be able to get everyone out.

"Alpha," one of the people I had rescued said. The male, a Warrior, looked at me. He did not try to break down the door, because it was silver. "There is someone in here." He moved back when I came over to him. He stood close to me, protectively as I found the right key and started to open the door, his warrior instincts to kick in to protect an Alpha.

I opened the door and walked towards the person to see that it a female. "It's all right," I said when she jumped and looked at me. I heard her heart start to beat in her chest with fear, because I was covered in blood and she thought that I was going to try and hurt her. I held my hands in the 'I am not going to hurt you' fashion. "I am here to rescue you."

The girl whined and shook from fear. She covered her face and backed away from me, breaking my heart. "Please," she whispered, her voice cracking. "Don't hurt me."

My heart broke for her, while my anger built for Andrew. I hated how he made these people afraid. I hated having to hear stories about what he had done to them, trying to get them to turn against me. "I am not going to," I soothed, taking a step forward. I paused when I watched as she tried to back up some more. "I am here to rescue you." I knelt down and went over to her, placing a hand on her shoulder.

The female flinched and turned to look at me. Her blue eyes were wide with fear, and she studied me. Her lip quivered, and I could tell that she was wanting to cry. "Who are you?" she asked, her voice shaking.

"I am Rylan," I whispered. "The Red Wolf. I'm here to get you out of here." I grabbed her hands and almost let out a growl when I saw the welts from the silver chains. I grabbed the keys from my pocket and flicked it to the right key and started to unlock the chains.

"Am I free?" the female asked. Hope filled her voice before she thought something and looked like she wasn't going to trust me. "Or are you going to harm me too?"

I stood and pulled her up with me. "You are free," I said. "And, I will not hurt you." I gestured for the Warrior that was watching over us. "You are going to have to trust me to take care of you. Ya? This Warrior will be helping you move around. I don't need you falling."

The girl nodded her head. She looked at the Warrior and a blush took over her face. "Mate," she whispered, softly. She moved with me until she was in his arms. "Hi," she whispered looking at him.

The male smiled. "Hi," he whispered back. "I have been waiting so-"

"Ya... I am sorry to break this lovely meet up, but I would like to get others out here. I want to see my mate, because he is pretty pissed at me." After my Wolf had contacted me, I had been able to contact my group. I wasn't surprised when Coop was pissed at me for not telling him that I was going to be trying something.

The Warrior scowled but nodded. He picked her up and gestured for me to follow him.

I nodded and walked out of the room to see both Marvick and TJ waiting for me. My eyes flickered around to see that Delilah was trying to open a cage. Worry and annoyance filled me, because I knew that that it was burning her. "Would you stop? It's silver," I said, walking over to her. My whole body tensed when I felt the Demon Prince nearer than before. I could feel that he was an Innocent, much to my surprise, and I knew that I was going to have to trust him.

"There is a boy in here," Delilah said. She cursed and looked at her hands. Pain flickered in her eyes, because I could see that she didn't like being hurt like this. "And, I was trying to help you."

"It's fine," I said. I ripped my shirt into two pieces and wrapped them. I knew that her Wolf would heal them, but I knew that both of them were weak from being in the cage. "You should've just gotten the keys from me." I looked in the cell to see that there was a Demon boy in there. I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow when the boy smiled.

"Don't take him out, not yet," the Demon Prince muttered. "Trust me."

"If he dies, I am going to find you and kill you myself," I muttered, barely loud enough for Delilah hearing me. I kept my face blank when I heard him chuckle, sadly. "Ignore this cell."

"But, Ry-"

"Do as I say," I said interrupting her. I pursed my lips and felt guilty for snapping at her. I hated the thought of keeping this kid locked up, but there was this feeling in gut that said 'not yet', also. "Look, you need to trust me, all right? I don't like this either but..." I shrugged my shoulder and shook my head. "Come on, let's get the others out of here."

Delilah pursed her lips and nodded. She huffed. "Let's go then. If he gets hurt..."

"Trust me, I will make sure that he doesn't," I replied. With that, I walked away from the cage, my heart on the floor.

Twenty-five people later, and we were on the last cell. My heart broke again because I felt the person behind the cell was not an innocent. Guilt chewed at my heart when I opened the door to see a teenage male in chains.

"Alpha?" the Warrior asked, keeping hold of his mate. Even though, he was carrying her, he still was by my side making sure that I was safe.

I watched as the male growl and started to try and break the chains, his eyes black as night. I knew that he gave into his Wolf a few hours ago, and that was why I had started to feel guilty. "Start to lead everybody to the exit," I said. "It's straight ahead."

The Warrior didn't want to leave. I could feel the doubt in his body when he caught sight of the male trying to get out. He wanted to protect me and his mate. He did not want this male to hurt me.

"That is an order," I said. "They don't need to see this."

The Warrior pursed his lips but nodded. "Yes, Alpha," he said. He gestured for the others to start to follow him. His whole body was tense and I could tell that he was ready to protect them if need be. He didn't know them but that didn't matter, and I couldn't help but respect him.

I took a deep breath and closed the door halfway. I did not know if there were any stragglers, and if there were, then I did not need them to see me kill him. "I'm sorry," I whispered to the male. A tear fell my eye as I replaced the tranq gun in my pants before taking out the real gun. I aimed at his head and looked the door. "I am so, so sorry."

With that, I pulled the trigger, ending the poor Wolf's life
