Subject: Employee Profiles.

I have been able to access the employee profiles for unit 11 through the cooperation of its Head, Raphael Heath. As stated in my earlier report (dated 4th February 2011), the unit consisted of only three people at the initiation of their intervention in the Pine Street Incident, after which two new field operatives were acquired. As I could not make copies of the actual profiles, I had to rewrite and retype them into this report. Please pardon any errors you might encounter.

The footnotes (written by the profiler) supply speculative information as well as other matters under investigation. My appended notes are clearly outlined.

C: Key Abilities:
Raphael’s psychokinesis is his greatest strength, capable of working efficiently within a three mile radius with very fine precision (±3 inches). His continuity-modifying ability also affects other parts of the energy spectrum, including the creation of incredibly realistic illusions from solid tempered light (possibly bolstered by his years of working as an illustrator).

He is also a very potent telepath, specializing in spells involving thought and memory manipulation. His annex range abilities (tied with his exone powers) also include energy leeching (he was the first recognized case) and astral projection.

Novel abilities would be subsequently documented.

Note: Recently discovered anaphylactoid reaction to orchid essence. Other potential immunogens still under survey.

C: Key Abilities:
Henry’s strongest abilities are in his instinctive understanding and manipulation of Nex connections, possibly to a sub-corporeal binding level. This is the proposed theory supporting his natural tendency to communicate with entities on alternate existential planes. Though listed and recognized as an Annex, he displays Accelerant and Attenuant characteristics to variable degrees. He is also capable of moderate-range telepathy, sensory and mental synchronism (often called ‘Psycho-empathy’) and energy leeching.
